THE SEARCH
Our search began with a thorough analysis of Savannah's last known movements and her state of mind. Disturbingly, her last Google search was "Can you die from a three-story drop?" indicating her troubled thoughts. Further investigation revealed searches for boat ramps in the area, hinting at potential locations where she might be found.
Working closely with Savannah's sister, Kirsten, we pieced together Savannah's final hours. After leaving a bar with her boyfriend, she was captured on surveillance at a Chevron station and later in a parking garage. Her actions and messages sent in those final hours painted a picture of a young woman in a state of despair.

Equipped with underwater sonar technology and an unwavering commitment, we explored various locations around Shreveport. Each potential site was methodically scanned, considering Savannah's last known whereabouts and her vehicle's description. Our search was not just for Savannah but also kept an eye out for Ernest Franklin, missing in a 1995 Cadillac Deville, potentially in the same areas.

This hits me hard, I was the family member who went missing at 22 and was found at age 28 in a psych hospital after I hit bottom with mental health and addiction…seeing this shows me how worried, scared, sad, and not knowing what happened to me after my last text, etc.

I can not commend you enough. You guys have actually solved 29 cold cases. Where police & detectives, the best of the best couldn't. They should be searching water regularly😢
Most police departments don’t have search, rescue or recovery teams. Families have to hire outside help MOST missing persons cases.
Unfortunately in an ideal world our Police Services would be able to do searches like this. However they are greatly underfunded and simply don’t have the money to be able to resource this type of search.
Facts- & a lot of people want to defund the police. Pretty unfair to criticize law enforcement for not completing tasks they don’t have the funds/resources to do.
Budgets, manpower, caseloads, and equipment. Cops aren't miracle workers, cases keep coming in, they do their best.
This really gets to me and in my heart. Savannah sat on my lap and played as a child. I love her mother and her sister and her brother. I had not seen her in many years but the rest of them I had and I'm so thankful to Jared for meeting with Kirsten and taking the time to do this for Kirsten bc police aren't much help.

Our police departments have been taken over by foreigners with foreign interests. We have to take them back or things will get worse.
In November of 2023 my brother went missing in his car the found his car and then the next day found his body thank you for helping bring closer to families especially ones who are gone to mental health and suicide

My friend that committed suicide sent everyone I love you texts right before. Hearing about this girls last texts breaks my heart for her loved ones. ❤ if you are depressed and suicidal please please know your brain is tricking you. You are NOT alone in your sadness and despair. We know how hard life is and you are not going to burden anyone asking for help. We all have dark days. Some of us have more brain chemicals than others so your sadness is magnified. Tell someone even a stranger....there are people out here that know why your brain is causing your despair and they know how to help you. Its brain chemistry it's not your fault honey. So many loving humans that want to help you. Thinking loved ones will be better off w out you is a sneaky way your brain tricks and lies to you. Don't listen. Tell anyone around you even a complete stranger. If you are reading this and you are wanting to harm yourself, please 🙏 don't. My cousin did the same not by boat ramp but another way they found my cousin in a wooded area after it started snowing he left video for his grandparents and mom moved back to my home state bought a weapon told his mom he was taking the city bus and never returned suicide and mental health and depression will play with your mind if you let it he was a DEVOTED CHRISTIAN BUT WAS SILENT WITH HIS MENTAL ILLNESS

As I lay down in my bed, scrolling through TH-cam, trying to find a video to watch before I go to sleep, I see the title of the video and I recognize the name and I realize I remember when she went missing. I live in Shreveport and my friends on Facebook posted about her missing a couple years ago and they never found her. I’ve watched videos on your channel for a couple years now but seeing this really breaks my heart because I know who she was but it’s crazy that you were in my hometown I had no idea ☹️
Okay so, as someone who was once wanting to "leave" let me tell you: this is not the way. As you can see it's painful for your loved ones. Even if you think you are not worth it, they still care about you after you're gone. How and especially when they find you will traumatize them.
If you have problems and don't see a future anymore. Please talk to someone you trust and find help together. If you feel like you'd bother them (you aren't) you can call a hotline where they listen to you.
Again: This is not the way and you are not alone. Stay strong!

❤ Dear Rescue and Recovery Divers, I've watched most of your videos. I thank you for offering this service, this very unique opportunity to perchance find missing loved ones. For some, to answer and set to rest their hearts at rest, and to fill that empty hole in them.
But I want you to know that we realize we see the toll it has to take on you. That it must be a sweet sorrow when you recover missing loved ones. That there is a morbidity that is overruled by your giving respect and recognition to a missing human being.
But it takes a toll.

I have lived in Shreveport for most of my life. There is so much crime here, of all types, its ridiculous. So many water ways, woods, bad areas to disappear in. My daughter is only 2 years younger than her. Just breaks my heart. Prayers to the Hale family!
Blk step dad has something to do with her disappearance. The thirteen percenters commit over 90% of all violent crime in the country.
I can know now how many beautiful memories, joyful adventures I would have missed. Yes. Very hurtful moments...moments...they go and are gone. The most wonderous of all holding my great grandchildren today is the cherry on top of getting rid of hopeless tho😢ughts when I needed to, had to! Watching them laugh at my jokes, seeing them learn from my life experience... don't miss it!
It is wonderfully mind blowing. They know my great gramma through me. Going back to the 19th century. My great Gramma died at 101 when I was a kid. She was gorgeous by the pics in sepia. And I got to know her! My life reaches back to the Civil War era and through these kids now to who knows?!? Think! Imagine!

If life hits you in the ass,, you have only 2 choices. Be constructive or destructive. What choice is the correct choice? Everyone who loves you (even if you think they don't) never want you to choose the latter. You wouldn't want them to now would you?! Not really. You just hate them all in the moment. Stick it out. Ride the wave to safe shore is what I tell myself. The wave always goes to the shore. Be mindful of returning to 12 years old again. You didn't need anyone. You wanted to be independent. You could be by yourself and like it, love it in fact. Return to that mindset when you need it. Dream of things time and patience will bring to you. I can tell you it will. 😊

So heartbreaking. I remember having not so healthy thoughts and wanting to take the easy way out. When you hit rock bottom and think it’s the end of the road. It’s hard to see the good in anything. But just keep in mind that you are stronger then you think and can overcome what you never thought possible. The best advice is do not ever think that you are not enough. Do not ever believe that the world will be better without you in it. We all have a place in this world for a reason and the reason may not always be apparent. But sometimes we are given lessons to train us for experiences later in our lives. Just remember people love you and you are worthy of the life you have. Never be afraid or ashamed to reach out for help. Sometimes we just need a redirection from an outside perspective .💕🙏🏻

@@Mega_Trond Tja, nå har det ikke snødd noe særlig på ei stund. I stedet har det blitt kaldt, og i går var det nedpå -16 grader, noe som er kaldt til Tromsø å være. På innlandet, i Målselv har termometeret vist -28 til -32 grader. Jeg har vokst opp der, og det er veldig stor forskjell på hvordan kulda føles ,når det gjelder Målselv og Tromsø. Der er klimaet tørt og det er sjelden vind, mens her i Tromsø er det fuktig og nesten alltid et surt drag i lufta. Minus 15 her kan fort føles som -30 , mens minus 15 i Målselv føles som 15 minus. Så lenge man kler godt på seg og holder seg i bevegelse er ikke kulda et problem.😊🌬️✨👩🏻🎤🧑🏼🎤📚📚😃🪐

@@odinarild3046 Det blåser ganske hard her oppe enda. Det er forresten ventet en likedan storm i morgen(onsdag) med vind opp mot 40 meter i sekundet. I går kveld ble det målt vindhastighet på 200 kilometer i timen. Takplater ble røska av hustak, i Bodø forsvant hele taket til fylkestinget, på Kvaløya her i Tromsø forsvant taket på flere byggninger og flere andre steder ble biler kastet rundt som om de var lekebiler. Vanligvis er det mye vind i Tromsø, men det bruker definitivt ikke å være vind ( ikke vindkast) på 40 meter per sekund! Likevel- vi står han av! Nord Norge er ikke for pyser, eller rettere sagt , pingler! 🫶🏼❤️👩🏻🎤👩🏻🎤👍🏼😅🇳🇴

FYI I bought a bunch of the window breakers at Christmas for my children's friends who drive. I also got one for my Jeep, they do not fit on the visor, it is too fat. However, it did fit on the dash just in front of the steering wheel. Everyone I gave one to was glad to get it and a couple of people told me they had been meaning to get one.

I truly enjoy watching these videos just in the fact on how respectful they are to the families and take things very seriously, they dont make jokes or the lake is haunted type stuff. They take in detail and the missing persons story as if it was their sister mother uncle brother father cousin niece nephew friend. Its so humbling ❤

It hurts to know that half of our population are teens that commit suicide by several forms but the majority of them use the water as their way out either than bleeding, overdosing , hanging or shooting. There are many people who are still battling it every day and my heart goes out to those who’ve lost their lives . Places to search? Grand Bayou Reservoir & Hodges Loop Rd ends into Nadina Island - House Island - Bear Island. Appears addresses of relatives are/ were near these locations. One other location would be the Toledo Bend Reservoir ramp areas up and down the East side.
Thank you for designing the new window breaker with a visor clip. I bought one of the old ones for all my family’s cars but couldn’t find a good spot for my sons to go. We all have push start cars so I came up with a command strip and secured it to that for his car(I need his especially to be in a no-brainer spot!) thank you! Looks like I’m buying more!!
I admire you guys and what you do so much. As a college student who recently lost my brother, my energy and motivation have been at 0. Watching your content has given me, not only my drive back, but the realization that I really do want to make a difference for these kids who are being pushed towards unfortunate endings. My brother and many of the individuals you guys have addressed could have had such different outcomes if they had the proper outlets for their emotions and sources that offered forms of mental enrichment. Right past the boat launch on parks road @ cypress lake the spillway right down from it has a makeshift boat launch where the road used to go to the old bridge straight shot into the water no rails or anything

These stories are so sad but filled with so much love and care. I try to see these images they catch and I sometimes see nothing. It's like looking at a sonogram. These guys have a skill for finding these cars and helping these families begin to heal.
I thought the same as you when you found that car it was her. Happy New Year cant wait to see how many loved ones are brought home this year.

I wonder how many people know that car dealership have GPS tracking in most vehicles these days. Most people have zero knowledge of this as they add it to the contract in small print and don't actually divulge it. It allows them to recover the vehicle if need be. This is how it makes companies repo vehicles so easily. Since it was part of the contract signed by the purchaser's they have the legal right to use it as they want.
Not in a 2013 Kia. Onstar suspended their 3G system about a year ago or more which included 2013 vehicles and older.
Can it still work even when the vehicle is shut off and under water?
@@maritsagoins1864 I would imagine for a short period possibly, maybe only minutes in not sure, but once water gets into the computer the whole system shorts out.

What I find interesting about the license plate is that it has the form "3 digits 3 letters". Louisianna used to have letters first since 1993, and only swapped that in 2016. So you are looking at a fairly recent license plate that cannot be older than 8 years. Might still be worth to report it to the authorities, just in case.

i'm always gutted to hear of young folk apparently 'checking out' its such a miserable thing for young people in such despair to do - i have had some pretty life changing and miserable things happen to me - but no matter how life treats you, how low you get, you still have a whole life ahead of you to enjoy - to see such a good looking girl as Savannah disappear, if you have boyfriend troubles for example, it won't be long before you get another, look forward and not back

These family's are numb from all the time that has gone on and they have no anwsers to why when they hear the sound of their name it seems the sound was really 😮close .It seems to slip away, and u know that the time for today has gone by and still I have no peace in my heart. I will have to keep faith that I will be able to put her to her finally resting place. I have been praying, and when God's is really it will be the right time

I saw ya'lls rig on the side of I220 in shreveport earlier this week along with shreveport rescue crew. Looking at the news it appears the truck that was recovered was empty.
I might suggest looking on the Bossier side of the Red River if y'all haven't searched those boat launches yet. Or by Margaritoville in bossier.

First and foremost Thank you for helping all the families that you do. Its unbelievabley amazing. You all are God's Angels on this earth. What I have never been able to understand is that Law Enforcement has not checked any of the areas that you do. Blows my mind how quickly you find the cars and loved ones of others.

I ran the plate for that Scion on CarFax. It was reported stolen in 2016 but was apparently recovered in 2018 and a new owner was reported. I wonder if the theft has something to do with it being under water, I think it’s strange it says it was recovered in 2018 and then it’s currently under water

That is so sad that she took her own life and so young.

God bless you Jared for helping the families find closure and for bringing their loved ones home.who were missing. My friend Duane vanished and was never heard from again since 2007. No one has seen or heard from him since. He eas going through some really hard times and turned to alcohol as a coping mechanism. To this day i hope he is found because he deserves to be found. Its hard not knowing whether he's alive or deceased.
