    Here I am listening to you while making beef stew, winter favorite and, smiling and lsughing at the same time. I love your videos, the blunt truth, like it is. Everything that you say is so true. I am going to check out your 66 day article. You are a great mentor. I will be tuning back in. Thank you.

      Yummy! If it turns out to be good please send me a recipe if it’s not a family secret to
      resellutions@proton.me
      I would love to try a new recipe. Also, thx for the nice comments. It’s too hard to find people that talk true all the time. So I don’t want to add to that crowd. Just finished shooting the follow up video right now and will release tomorrow at 5pm. Be on the lookout for that. Thx for watching! 👍🏼 👍🏼. Enjoy the food 🍲

      @@resellutions Unfortunately no family secret recipes. I always speak the truth. Sometimes I hold back because of how I read the person but, I have lost friends by saying the truth. The best part is, 😁, I have gotten more blunt with the truth as I have gotten older and no truth can hurt me. I'm a boomer. I will be on the look out for the video tomorrow. Thank you and have a good night.

    So glad I found your videos! I just started reselling in January and its been great. Everything you said is true and exactly why I love doing this. I learn something every day, there are ups and downs, but I'm steadily improving each day,
    . I love your straighty, no bs, style and appreciate you sharing your knowt. My first mistake was going and buying a bunch of bargain clothes without doing the research. I learned quickly to take my time and study before jumping too quickly!

      I’m glad you like my style. My dad always taught he to cut the bullsh*t and tell it how it is. Life is better that way. Also, if it makes you feel better just about 1yr ago I made a substantial investment in some clothing that I never listed, hated to look at and ended up writing them off and giving them away to a non profit 😂. Even with all my experience I make stu*id decisions that lose me money. Thank you for being part of the community. Have the best day!

    For me, step number 3 is what will probably be my undoing if I start selling on eBay. I already make a 6 figure income and eBay would just be as a hobby so if I don't succeed then no big deal because I still have my regular income. I will say that your video are awesome.

      @@resellutions I really appreciate your positive attitude. I need to remind myself to enjoy what I’m doing when it comes to this business! Especially when sales are terrible. Thank you for the kind words. As far as slow sales days go there's a good trick to lowering stress levels. When you build systems and processes that work in your business and have conclusive proof with more than 6 months of data, you'll just let all that stress go. There are valleys in every business and that's just something you have to accept as an entrepreneur. Trust the process, trust yourself and let the chips fall where they may. 👍🏻👍🏻

    Great job of maybe giving me the final push to get started again. I sold maybe 25 years ago and just quit. I have always been a buyer so my account is in good standing to begin this journey. Health issues was my catalyst to start again and now being retired need the adventure. Is the occasional question out of the question? Happy New Year and thanks, Hojo

      Great to hear. Like my dad that’s in his 70s says…when you stop moving, you stop living. He’s still doing construction work on big ass machines cuz he loves it and doesn’t want to just wither away and die. I’ve always felt the same. If you are breathing there is no reason why you can’t be successful. I’ve seen people come out of bad depression, horrible diseases and just overall funk when they have something to do that excites them and fuels their days. If I can help in any way just ask…to answer your question. As long as you don’t go crazy, I’m here for you 😂. Thx for watching! 👍🏼 👍🏼

    Spot on! Thanks for making this video.
    I'm 60 days into my Ebay "side hustle" and have done $6400 in sales (including shipping) but I've gotten scattered in focus and have accumulated a big backlog of inventory that I've already started looking at as a "death pile." 😅
    The steps you lay out here are going to be a BIG help in getting me back on track.

    • @resellutions
      @resellutions  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Damn 👏 👏 👏. $6,400 is a very good amount in 60 days as a newbie. I want whatever you’re selling 🫣😳😂. Those death piles rack up quick and most of the time is sh*t that you shouldn’t have bought. I’ve made my share of mistakes. I once bought a 3 legged milking stool because it was cool and it sat for 9months before I threw it away after some sledgehammer beating. My girl cracked up. I wish you the best broski. Thanks for being part of the community. Have the best day!

      @@resellutions Thanks for the encouragement. Indeed, I have bought some items because they were cheap, and now I'm sitting in them. Case in point: 30 fireplace bellows. I looked at sold comps and bought them... then I saw those were with free shipping. Ooops.
      I've been lucky with some ridiculous pickups at yard and estate sales. $1 for a Pez dispenser that sold for $380 shipped, a Hallmark Christmas ornament that was part of a $5 box that went for $200... That said, I'm going to narrow my focus a bit.
      All the best to you! I look forward to diving into more of your content.

      🤯WTF! Sometimes you get awesome finds. My best find was a $20 antique saxophone, called the naked lady, that I took to get rebuilt for $350. Sold it for $2200 within 1 hr. Craziness. When you find instruments always check them. Especially saxophones. Just a tip. Thx Wayne✌🏼

    I would disagree with #3. You don't have to spend a bunch of money to have a successful eBay business. You can easily run an eBay business off of free inventory if you know what you're doing. Really I think the biggest point you missed is what the people in my circle call the race to the bottom. Trying to be the cheapest at all costs is the fastest way to kill your eBay business. I see plenty of people that are willing to get sales for the sake of sales and sell stuff for less than what it cost them to ship just so they can say they're selling and be cheaper than everyone else.

    • @resellutions
      @resellutions  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Agreed, but the point to buying and not just selling free items is the commitment you’re making. Most people need to have skin in the game in order not to give up. It’s just human nature. You care more about the things that cost you something. That’s my experience.
      I 💯% agree with the race to the bottom thought. I also have a successful business on Amazon and that’s one of those platforms that for sure everyone is racing to the bottom because they want to win the buy box. Even Jeff Bezos was quoted as saying that his business model wasn’t sustainable. Go figure. That’s why that POS stole from everyone, bent over for
      the government and cashed out. That’s a convo for another day though 😂🤬. I respect ✊ that you put thought into your comments. Thx for watching! 👍🏼 👍🏼
