  • Check out the maiden flight and then another flight weeks later after spending some time on the tune! This was a really fun project, and I've been putting plenty of flights on it. It's flying great now and makes for a fun street bird.

    Hope to see more vids of this ole girl! You should consider a FPV cam for it ;)

    Looks like it's flying pretty nice. Have you already made a walkthrough video on the m2 rotorflight build yet?

      I have not

      @BladeScraper dang. I'm too smooth brain to figure it out myself

      @@HuevosAzules it's basically identical to this one, just with an F7 FC instead of F4 :)

    Do you have a link to that tail prop ? Just a matter of swapping it?
    Let me send mine to you to have it all done 🤣

      The OMP part number is OSHM2038. Unfortunately it's not just as easy as swapping it, you have to drill out the center to fit it on the C189 motor. I used the method of trial and error lol. It's probably off balance but it works. I'm not sure what the technically correct size drill bit to use would be.

      @ I definitely definitely want to replace the noisy ass stock one. Thank you, preferably, I could just find one that will bolt right up or if I have to replace the motor to get one that will bolt right up. I may go that route.

    I was wondering why you changed the receiver ?

    • @BladeScraper
      @BladeScraper  10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The receiver I was using during the build I stole from my M2 until I got around to wiring up the new RX (the RP2). Build video 19:30 Assembly - The Receiver

    not enough negative to sustain inverted?

    • @BladeScraper
      @BladeScraper  10 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      That, and the blades it comes with are asymmetric, so negative thrust is very low

  • @kerrysnider442
    @kerrysnider442 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

    I know it's not built for it but is it capable of inverted hovering? Like if you pull a loop stop at the top inverted pause for a second or 2 then proceed with loop.

    • @BladeScraper
      @BladeScraper  10 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@kerrysnider442 it has some negative lift but not enough to hover. I'd need to change the blades out to symmetric as the ones it comes with are asymmetric.

      Sorry to hear :( I really never flew mine with the stock radio system, except once quickly in my living room lol.
