      @@MA-pj8fc extend your legs all the way. You have to keep some bend in your legs. People have broken their knees extending their legs all the way or aka locking their knees.

      @@MA-pj8fc Yes, as long as you do not lock your knees you wont break your legs. But leg pressing is incredibly good for your entire body. if you leg press atleast twice your body weight you will put strain on your entire skeletal system which will strengthen all of your bones. On top of that leg pressing will also help build your upper body as well.

    This is exactly th-cam.com/users/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS what I needed to get some exercise while I'm stuck at my desk all day. It's just the right size. Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.

    I wish all gym videos where as simple and concise as this. Most other gym videos they go off on a tangent and start talking about quantum physics and give you a life story when all you want to know is how to use the Machine

    What is the starting weight?
    Just without any weights.

      It's really light. Can't Remember exactly. Plates are mandatory if you want any gains out of it

    As mentioned earlier, do not lock your knees here but would also like to add PROPER FOOT PLACEMENT so that you do not do repetitive Achilles tendon injury with this machine

    What if it’s set too far and your shorter and can’t reach in order to release the latch

      C well you can just remove the weights and push it from the closest point you can reach (might be the metal part of the end of the place where you put your legs) just push it up and disengage and reengage where comfortable

    it seems I can't adjust this machine. I'm 5.4'' but it seems that a smurf is always using this machine before I do ahah I can adjust the seat but the distance is still way too short for my legs to be able to position :/

    Never fully lock your knees like she is especially the more in weight you go up you can easily hyperextend your knees

    Your feet should allways hold still? Sometimes it could be little comfortable to move it a little bit to sides during exercises lol

    Wrong! Height has nothing to do with foot placement. Your foot placement is targeting different area of the quads but good try

    this is the worst incline leg press machine ever because your feet will not be well stacked to the machine and then you can drift your legs forward and everything will fall on you. I tried many positions and it doesn't work and doesn't work your legs properly !!! NO FEELING!!! it could be only good for your hamstrings but the same problem !!! safety first.... your legs are not well placed in that machine. I prefer the normal leg press machine and this angled is just shit.
