Can this be programmed and playback like RM1x : RS7000? Can individual track loop points 1 bar, 2,4,8,16,32 etc? Can group multiple midi tracks on track mute? Can toggle mute memory? Can quantize fills chorus verse etc?

@@supercompooper Yes you can update your version 1 but it requires a certain amount of hardware installation. I did mine #208 and it was painless and quite easy. It's not just a software update.

when/why use a hardware sequencer nowadays?
You can effectively play in real-time! Create drum loops, basses and any others on the go...you saw there was a sketch of a song in no time.

This makes zero sense to me. It's an enormous waste of money that a DAW sequencer, some controllers, and reading the manual could do.
It's up to you, but if you need to play realtime, this is the tool.
