I'm in the USA and have vitreous tiles, ridged on back attached to mesh. The mesh is nearly impossible to remove, but it can be seen from the front of the tile. Will a white PVA adhesive or thinset (cement based adhesive) camouflage the mesh? Thank you for all your tips. 🙂🌹

Hi Karen. A thinset will hide the mesh. A liquid glue like Weldbond or similar PVA based glue will not.
Remember though, you are going to grout so the mesh will be hidden.
      Cheers and happy nipping

@@HannMadeStudio the grout won't hide the mesh under the translucent glass tiles, only between the tiles. My tiles are translucent blue/green. The mesh can be seen right through the tile. I don't know why they'd manufacture these with mesh. Makes no sense.

Hi - I had some like this and found, after using cold soapy water, that hot soapy water and a nail file did the trick - took loads of time but did work.

@@karen-lynpenton2427 try boiling water to soften the adhesive
You are right about the manufacturer not understanding about “translucent tiles and the need for mesh to be EASILY removed.
      Good luck
