1. For the optic radiation of the parietal lobe carrying upper fibers from the superior retina and thus inferior visual field and thus damage to it causes contra-lateral inferior quadrantanopia, right? ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.
2. Regarding Baum's loop, it is usually written in textbooks "Barum's loop". I will send you a photo. The claim has not been verified or updated.

One of the principle functions of the small visual area known as middle temporal (MT) or V5 is to detect and signal the presence and direction of visual motion. MT neurons are highly selective for both the direction and speed of visual motion.
