Sir! The kind of music or audio that you use in your videos is extremely annoying, especially the audio like the one at 19:49 in this video. Plus, sometimes you highlight certain stuff by putting the mark of a rotating wheel at that spot which gives me a headache. And I am not the only one who has this problem. I have asked a lot of my batchmates and they have the same complaints.
I hope that you will consider my suggestions and next time not use such type of audio in your videos. I absolutely love your content. Hoping for a positive feedback.

When having bellspalsy which nerve will most likely take longer to heal? My cheek moves but my lips don't quite pucker yet
First, wish you a speedy recovery.
Second, in Bell's palsy the lesion is in the trunk at the stylomastoid foramen either due to compression or viral infection. This will lead to affection of all the 5 branches in the face. Healing might take up to 6 months. This depends on the type of the nerve lesion.
When regeneration starts, the shorter branches of the facial nerve will heal first and the distant muscles are the last to be healed. Consider a regeneration rate of about 1 mm/day after an initial period, this means that the lips are the last to be healed due to the longer distance the branch takes.
Third, please consider physiotherapy to strengthen the muscle.

Doctor if the lingual nerve injury , could chorda tympani also injury because it’s join together??
Yes, it is true. It will lead to loss of:
1. General sensation from the anterior 2/3 of the tongue (lingual nerve fibers).
2. Taste sensation from the anterior 2/3 of the tongue (chorda tymani fibers).
3. Salivation from the submandibular and sublingual salivary glands if the lesion is before the submandibular ganglion.

dr how does the facial nerve take origin from the trigeminal spinal nucleus?
The spinal trigeminal nucleus is a sensory nucleus in the medulla. It is responsible for pain and temperature sensation from the face. It receives fibers from areas supplied by the trigeminal nerve and 3 other cranial nerves:
1. Vagus nerve: auricle and external auditory meatus.
2. Facial nerve: auricle
3. Glossopharyngeal nerve: area behind the ear.
You will not find these clear information in any other place.

Sir what is the differenc between bell's palsy and facial palsy?
They are the same but Bell's palsy is due to a lesion at the stylomastoid foramen.
