Honestly I was just shocked to hear you referring to Sunshine like it was hated among the community like honestly every time I've ever talked to someone about sunshine they say that they love it and it's one of their favorites. I always laugh for minutes on end for the small unexpected jokes, like when bowser has the headshot sound effect when he disappears in galaxy and when the worm starts insulting you in a british accent. They don’t feel forced and is pretty funny.

mint choco chip is absolutely slept on, it is one of the best flavors out there, topped only by anything with caramel in it.
I'm so sad how he just started to dislike Sunshine because I just loved it through all the glitches because of the vibes
like he said, the vibes are immaculate, but the rush job that was the devolpement of this game really shows after the 40th shine or so. The copy paste jobs, the overly difficult platforming, the freaking blue coins. With a critical lense you can see how they really had to punt at the 40 yard line with this game, I would love to live in a universe where the gamecube sold better so the devs got the time they needed.
This is a unique mario game which is why it’s fun!

noki bay is my favourite stage because its very relaxing and theres barely any enemies and all the shines are easy peasy

to beat the game and access corona mountain, you actually gotta beat all of the shadow mario stages in each level (i used to speedrun the game)
dunno how you do it but you're hour long content fels like such a short time, you just take the attention span, hold a gun to it and then say "hey watch this" and I just do it

The best ice cream is the super expensive strawberry stuff. Caramel and death by chocolate is a close second.
Pro tip: next time when facing a sludge piranha plant, (also called piranhabons/goros) use spam spray (spam B + RB)
