The reason why 'easy' shifts on 24th have got high percentile at low score is that they attempted the first day, no idea about level of paper and definitely the ones having on 29th and after had perfect 5 DAYS extra for revision and analysis of early days paper. Moreover, 24th S2 chemistry was really very hard many questions out of ncert which nobody on TH-cam has noticed maybe. Lastly it's easier to look, analyse and comment on the paper from outside than to actually sit & give the exam on the first day.
24th S2 were the most demotivated ones as the so called youtubers were claiming it as the easiest...and their predicted marks vs percentile was 🫠
exactly, plus I don't think they considered the January factor, I've seen many people irl talking about how their syllabus wasn't completed or the institutions rushed to finish it. Not to mention it's easier to do silly mistakes in easy questions, which has happened with many in Physics.

imagine getting 170 marks and expecting to get your dream branch in your dream nit (99%+) and then you dont get it just coz nta went against the norm (and its not even correct, the negative sign is just to show the direction of heat transfer not the magnitude of heat) and after studying for full 1-2 years
i am surprised how nta is not sued over their wrong answer keys every single year.
do that to an exam which adults give and not highschool students and see nta being sued after every fucking exam
its no joke to do such bluders
just see the amount of incorrect answer in 1st answer key like bruv and then money to get question re evaluated
17 year olds in a 3hr exam solved it correctly and nta cant in one whole fucking year and then also dont correct multiple wrong answer in final answer key too

Increase 10-20 marks in each shift for same %ile
4:27 one reason for this unexpected marks vs percentile is the jee mains software, it is different from last year's in which navigating through questions was easy and full screen was available for questions (scroll up down karne k koi panga hi nhi)

Sir in 24th Jan 2nd shift chem was tough. Chem 99 percentile was 45. Nobody took into consideration chem was tough. That's the mistake happened. Also preperation time
The unluckiest are the 1feb s1 aspirants...our paper wasnt the easiest but still we got worst marks vs percentile...seeing ur friends scoring 98.7 at 152 and I scoring 97.83 at 160...😞😞

i have a question regarding best of 2 attempts. for example, for 1st attempts i got 80,70,60 %iles for PCM with a final %ile of 70%ile. for 2nd attempt, i get, 60,50,85 %iles for PCM with a final %ile of 60%ile. for the best of 2, does NTA take best individual subjects' %iles or does it take best final %ile?
