I have always been a huge fan of Broadway. I had aspirations of being on Broadway for years. However, as a teenager, I suffered a traumatic brain and spinal cord injury that took away a lot of the ability to sing, etc...I have found that one of the worst places to be is to maintain that insatiable appetite to perform in your mind, but your body not responding. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for these videos...I am 52 years of age now and these videos allow me, at least for a brief moment, to transform myself onto that stage with you, whether it be through the audition process, the rehearsals, the live performances...you have allowed me to experience that which has been a void throughout my life. Thank you. I hope to make it to a show while you are still in the cast.
Just saw the Lion King for my 60th birthday, I was crying, transported into another dimension during that time, it was such a difficult 2 years for us all for sure, and to experience such joy, welI i have no words, Thanku for your beautiful performance from the heart. And thanku for putting our hearts back on fire...You were amazing Adrienne may the joy you exude surround you and protect u so you can keep glowing and sharing your energy...I do have one question what is the general routine workout for a Broadway dancer like yourself to keep limber...

Pilates, Pilates, Pilates. The Nala track is more athletic based than dancer based. So a strong core and glutes is a game changer. We’re glad you enjoyed the show! 🦁

The energy in the audience was electric, you could feel it. Your performance tonight along with the cast was sooo heart warming and uplifting. It was like finally waking up after a long long nap. It was refreshing and energizing. You killed Shadow land. So glad that Broadway is back !!! 🤗

Just discovered your channel. I saw Adrienne in Lion King four months ago. I just realized it. Came up from DC to spend a few days in NYC to help bring the city and theaters back to life. Lion King was magic. Proud of the cast.

OMG! You were in the GMA Lion King performance? You guys were awesome! It’s beautiful that you and your cast mates were spread to different locations of NYC monuments/landmarks. I haven’t seen Hamilton yet, but I will see the show someday. I sang Burn on my You Tube channel. I have yet to cover Shadowland. I’m trying to look as many videos as I can to get an idea n how to sing Shadowland on my channel.

I’m watching your videos from Japan! I’m a huge fan of Broadway musical shows and LION KING is definitely the best musical ever. I’m so happy about the reopening of the theaters in Broadway and hope to visit there again.

Adrienne I remember your video about how you struggled with loneliness coming into a long running show, and how it took some time to form friendships. I wonder if this process allowed for a kind of "reset" with any cast/crew? (Speaking generally... Don't want anyone to tell stories out of school 🙂)

I’m an American living in London now and saw Lion King UK last night. It was a beautiful show and you could tell the cast was overjoyed to be back on stage. The one thing that caught me off guard was the little Simba and Nala kept their British accents! ❤️
