Exactly! Ephesians 1:13-14 shows that we are sealed and we stay sealed until the redemption of the purchased possession. He is our guarantee! It’s crazy I see people saying that the seal can be broken. And comparing the seal to jars and how seals are broken on jars and all I am seeing is adding to the text. God’s word does not say the seal can or will be broken, and definitely does not compare the seal to some worldly seal. All that is, is adding to the text when God clearly says here that we are sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise and He is the guarantee of our inheritance UNTIL the redemption of the purchased possession. We have to leave all biases aside, open our minds and hearts to what God has to say. I was raised on and told a lot of things, but after reading Gods word instead of listening to others, He showed me the truth.

Adding to the Bible. To me, a great example is claiming prohibition of alcohol. If someone makes a personal decision not to drink that's completely fine. We also need to rightly divide the Word of Truth between what is meant for Israel and what is meant for the Body of Christ Church. Just because it's in Scripture, doesn't mean it's for us (or TO us). Only Paul's writings are to us, everything else Scripture is to Israel.

The same could be said about people that teach that baptism isn't required for salvation though. There are at least three different verses that let us know that baptism is a part of salvation and there are zero verses that tell us that it isn't. Yet, people go to the "faith only" verses and try to use those to say that baptism isn't a part of salvation. Despite the fact that baptism is specifically included in the Great Commission, people still manage to come up with their own interpretations.

Once again, you make completely false assertions about understanding scripture. There are mysteries which can be revealed by the Holy Spirit according to God's will. 1 Corinthians 2:7-16 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory, which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But as it is written: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him." But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. These things we also speak, not in words which man's wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. For "who has known the mind of the LORD that he may instruct Him?" But we have the mind of Christ.
