That one becomes messy quick just cause self defense laws are different in just about every state, and it can be difficult to prove self defense without conclusive evidence. It's never truly said where Los Santos takes place, but it's heavily based on L.A., so we'll say it's subject to California's self defense laws. California has some of the looser self-defense laws, so it would make sense that L.S. would have similar laws. The only sections that would really apply to Kevin here would be Penal Codes 197 PC and 240 PC, which would be self-defense in response to attempted killing/intent to cause fatal injury and attempted assault respectively. The only situation in this video I could find that could potentially fall under either of these would have been the shootout in the meth lab because the suspects arrived on the scene and began attacking Trevor and the others in the building. However, that doesn't really get them out of the Racketeering charge from, y'know, making and selling meth.

Kevin, under the castle laws you can basically kill anyone traspassing can be shot on sigh, there are a few variations as well like the one in which if you can retreat you are obliged to retreat. Long story short, as long as they are traspassing you are legally allowed to defend yourself by unloading a m4 mag on their faces and nobody will send you to jail

Long story short, as long as they are traspassing you are legally allowed to defend yourself by unloading a m4 mag on their faces and nobody will send you to jail
I mean, he'd likely still be sent to jail since those weapons look illegally owned.

I don’t know which was first but this reminded me a lot of DarkViperAU’s pacifist challenge. Matto was an absolute trooper for completing the entire game like this sometimes taking several hours per mission. I think the longest he spent on a single mission was 30+ hours

Kevin, in America u can shoot anyone who trespasses on your property in self defense without violent weapons like rpgs so for those missions use a pistol or double barrel shotgun also if they die then it was their fault for not leaving after multiple warning shots so Trevor would have still been a law abiding citizen in a case of self defense
