    Great video!! FYI, You probably should not let dogs walk on the chemicals. Strong chlorine base chemicals can burn the pads of their feet. Even if the bottle says pet friendly, it's probably not the best idea.

    Yo Kev! Down streaming doesn’t hurt the machine. This is what they’re designed and built to do. It can harm little homeowner models because they have a chem tank and those chemicals run through the pump.

    For oil, I've never seen anything clean off concrete faster than gas and cat litter or garage spills pick up litter (can get that at auto parts stores cheaper than most cat litters). All you do is pour enough gas onto the concrete to cover the spot and while it’s still wet, pour the litter over the top. The gas brings the oil out and the litter grabs it all. Only thing to do after that is sweep it up. Good luck on your soft clean endeavors!

    I just watched another company. They do pretreatment. Said to make sure to aim away from grass that it'll kill it. The cool part I didn't know is the "post" treatment. It gets rid of a the lines from cleaning & the deep dark spots. It also keeps the pathway, driveway cleaner longer because it kills all the organic matter. Pretty cool. Not sure what they use. Here in the south we like simple green.

    Be very careful with the 4000psi pressure wash on wood. THe pressure will blast all the soft fibers in the wood. Back off and let the chemicals work. Imlearned this on my Teak swim platform on my boat. tThe washer was only about 2000psi. Good luck. we need more info on your chemicals. i use GOJO on my house and windows and it is impressive but expensive at Lowes. about 20 $ a gal. mix with household bleach. 1 gal does 2 porches with about 100 balusters and after cleaning and inspecting, I spray a mist over everything plastic and don’t rinse. including a bunch of windows sills. the rains seem to activate the GO JO so I only have to clean every other year. used to have to clean every year with rags and Simple Green and it took 2 days to ciean everything. and the green algae came back quickly. Try it. you will like it.

    Both laundry bleach and the product you use are some form of hypochlorite, either sodium, potassium, or calcium hypochlorite. Laundry bleach is about 6% hypochlorite, while most pool chlorine is 10%. Depending on how much you are diluting it, you might just be better off buying laundry bleach. Bleach can be used on wood, but oxalic acid might be a better choice. Other cleaners to consider if you are going to experiment are TSP (trisodium phosphate), washing soda (sodium carbonate), and household ammonia. All of those are going to be better for the environment than bleach. The best thing for the environment would probably be hydrogen peroxide - but that gets a bit expensive.

    If it's rust from well water or a sprinkler system then you can use goof off rust aid. If it's not from that that I use something called white ox rust remover. Both work pretty well. If you wanna go the cheap route then go to a dollar store and get LA totally awesome. That works on gutters to make them bright and get rid of tiger stripes and it also get rids of rust. But you have to dilute it

    What pressure washer do you use? PSI and GPM?
    I bought a Rural King / Tractor Supply / Farm And Home type 12 volt weed sprayer. Upgraded to a bigger higher pressure 12 volt pump. Mounted on my walk behind Ferris mower and use it to spray chemicals for washing siding. Also use scrub brushes on telescoping pulse to reach high places. I can wash gable ends on 1 or 1 1/2 story houses from the ground . I really like it and you can hit the ground running when you show up!
    I really enjoy your videos. And your openness sharing your faith. Check proverbs 6:6

    Vitamin-C cleans black algae from tiles and plastic under the water level in our pool. Just a single 1g (1000mg) tablet can clean it of the whole stairs in seconds after just touching the steps. You can get it in powder and I guess plain ascorbic acid does the same. Not toxic for human/animals.

    Olympic Deck cleaner is amazing on wood, bricks, and concrete. Should be able to buy it at Lowes/Walmart, or Home depot. Wet the item to be cleaned use it straight or dilute it in a sprayer. Let it sit for a couple min then hit it with the pressure washer. Also, Purple Power is amazing on oil and grease spots.

    DOWNSTREAMING DOES NOT RUIN YOUR PUMP. I don't know why people think it does. When downstreaming. The chemicals do not pass through the pump. They are injected into the hose after the pump. Hopefully that makes sense.

    • @LawnCareJuggernaut
      @LawnCareJuggernaut  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      100% 😎🤘 thank you. I will take a look at the tomorrow morning to see where it actually feeds in to the system. Can't wait to try it out. I have another question for you. Do you pre mix your chemicals for the down stream and run it out of a container or just run it straight out of the bottle? Hope that makes sense. I appreciate the feedback

    • @sean626262
      @sean626262 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@LawnCareJuggernaut when downstreaming, the washer pulls water as well as the chemicals you are injecting so there is no need to mix in more water with it. just mix surfactant with your chemical to make it stick to the wall longer. So basically mix your bleach and soap in a bucket. Or just put the soap directly in the bottle, and pull from there
