What about retraining Mykolenko as a wide centerback to play on the left? He has the pace, and then you get to keep him and he is only 24. I had also hoped you would've signed James Ward-Prowse, as he would help in the set pieces department.

One things thats worked for me in terms of people you wanna loan out transfer list them instead - someone comes in for a loan offer that would've been insulting if you actually wanted to sell them, remove the future fees and then just loan them there.

honestly just going from 2019 saving times to 2021 save time made such a huge difference too. theres alot more subtle things you ll actually notice that improve your QOL too from 2019

cm's is better for monitoring player growth, especially with youngsters its good to know on short defenders if they're still growing. Playing in CM's gives you more regular updates on it!

Add manager I guess as a last resort and get said player signed to a team that you think they would play regularly for.

Go for Jeremy Doku; he's as powerful as Adama but has much better skill and finishing ability. Also, Ryan Gravenberch is a cracking CM.
