- Join my friends and me on one of the world's largest ever meditational events held at Kanha Shanti Vanam outside Hyderabad, India, this past holiday season and experience the ups and downs, the beauty and the adventure, as well as the chaos and inconvenience that can result from such a huge gathering descending on one facility. It's an event we'll never forget, and we very much appreciate the hospitality of the Heartfulness Group at Kanha and all the hard work of the Transcendental Meditation volunteers that went into making it all happen.

Kanha Shanti Vanam, It's a heaven on Earth
It's a beautiful place filled with kind-hearted people!
No matter how disorganized everything seemed you can feel the love in everyone trying to help you. That’s why I always like going back to India. ❤️🐞
I couldn't agree more, Manni! Despite the chaos and confusion I could really feel the love and support! I keep being drawn to India for that very reason! (That and to learn to speak Australian, haha!)
Hmm, “forgetting” Form C and stealing luxury tents. I reckon that might land you back in Alcatraz.
Always fun to watch your videos! 😊
Haha! What a comedy of errors filling out Form C was, Gillian! For the remainder of the two weeks, management sent me daily emails warning that I had neglected to turn in this crucial form, which I assiduously ignored, figuring that since I was in an unassigned (stolen?!!!) tent, they had no way of finding me to kick me out! I was pleasantly surprised to see just how quickly and easily I was able to ignore my inner-Catholic boy! And while it's true that allowing this kind of moral erosion in myself could eventually lead to prison - hey, I've already experienced Alcatraz once (kind of), so how much worse could actual prison be?!!!
