Really got impressed by the architecture of the flat and the landscape with trees at the beginning. This is what a very important part in a meditation centre. The space for meditation must be aesthetically beautiful.. As a Civil Engineer I suggest our clients how aesthetically attractive space can affect the mental and emotional conditions in human beings.. Really doing a great job Ma'am.... I should make a time to visit this place...

Meditation requires diet discipline also.. so having satvik food improves the results for control over body and mind. There is an opportunity here to pass this knowledge at this place to the younger generation visitors
