I have zero experience with breeding of any kind but by just looking at the set-up of your cattery I'm quite sure that that's what a breeder would strive for!. I'm sure you most definitely have got a lot of jealous and envious breeders out there lol. But also a lot of admirers and people who have nothing but pure respect!!. Looks like you could have your kitties star on "Cat Cribs" 😼
Sorry for the question, but: if I have an open air box and modified it for the cats, like cover in net where open, putting a small woodhome in there where they will stay if hot/cold outside, etc...Can I keep a male and a female toegheter? I'm not an expert, so I rather ask than make errors on them😅😄
I love these, however my question would be, would it be suitable for the sphynx cats or hairless cats? I would be afraid of too much sun, since they sunburn easily…. What would you recommend for a cat like that?
They are covered. The extension has shade cloth but it could be a solid cover. They do get sun but even inside cats normally get a sunny window. I would ask sphynx breeders for advice though as they would be experts.
Anything from one to six for my spaces. It depends on the space, who is friends with who, is one bossy, do they fight, how many litter trays will fit in the area. I have a big house and have had about eight of my older cats inside together. Right now only one. 😀
Nice! Cuz i love my boy kitten. I want to breed him because he is just too beautiful. But hes my snuggly baby. Im hoping a Screened in florida porch would be an ok cattery set up. I hope his pee doesnt mess up my stucco siding.
Is he a registered pedigreed cat? If he is great but its better to start with girls then get a boy. If he is not a pedigree he should be desexed and loved as a pet. His behaviour as a sexually mature cat wont be the same as the loving pet he is now.

Hello Can you tell on average how many times does the stud male have to mate (the minimum) so he doesnt start peeing everywhere and do tom cats get stressed if they dont mate- Thanks
Ummm zero. Stud males spray. No matter what. It’s part of the deal. Yes people will say mine doesn’t but guess what? They are just really lucky. Even if they don’t spray the pee will stink. That why they need special housing. 😀
Great video! Thanks for sharing our enclosures 😊
Cheers!
Awesome 👌 👏 👍 Cattery
Thank you so much
Huge set up you have with your outside pens too
Yes it’s taken years to bring it all together. The cats are very happy.

Ha ha oh it’s good but I have seen more fancy than mine. I still want to improve this but and that bit. I don’t think it will ever be finished.
Good tour - informative.
Did you like the poop cabins? 🤣 Damien did a great job with them.
Awesome!
Thank you! Cheers!

Can you explain it a little better for me. Do you mean a breeding male and a breeding female? And what do you mean by an open air box?

So the male cat live outdoor in pen and female cat indoor together ?
Basically yes but I also have girls I. Outside pens and boys in cattery pens. It all depends on the cats really.

How come it's open....what about rainy season....water will not enter into it
The back sections have a full roof and a cosy cabin but it’s not easy to see in the video. The front sections have shade cloth on the top.
