This carpet cleaner has been ok for me. I had to replace the turbine about 2 years from when I bought it. I hate the short cord, but I guess I’m used to using a vacuum with a 40 foot cord. I find myself using the Kirby shampoo attachment to clean the whole rooms.
I freaking love mine and from day 1 ... when I'm done using it... I break all parts down and put everything including the machine itself in front of a fan making sure air blows through the screen on the front to dry it before storing it....cuz I know those turbines will rust. These are my favorite because they are super easy to use, all parts clean easy and most importantly... they extract water excellently... even if you oversoak....any others I've tried leave the carpet too wet... especially my berber... Not this one

My parents have the Turbo Scrub version, it works pretty well and gets the job done, though I do like the OG Steam Vac Spin Scrub a bit better.
