Callahan completely sabotaged the Raiders in the Super Bowl, but I'm not sure we've heard the real reason.

I found out Bill Callahan's true colors our raiders hadn't been in a super bowl for a long time.

John lynch says it all, they ran every play at their practice

When you don't practice the game plan, you run your base stuff.... well, who wrote the base stuff?

After the Super Bowl which staff member left the Raiders and got a job at Tamba Bay the following year? Then check why that same person was sending multiple faxes from Oakland to Tamba Bay. Lynch says it all. They practiced the perfect plays during practice. Because they had the updated playbook for the Super Bowl...

For Tim to come out of house and say that speaks volumes!

That's exactly what I was thinking too man, Tampa's secondary was impossible to pass on but if they had mixed 50/50 plays instead of 90% passing and 10% running then it would have been less predictable by the Tampa Defense.... the players should have said F the coach and realized that they were doing this for themselves to win a championship and not their "coach".

Jon Gruden playing against his team. He coached a year before the year before???
Now he playing his old team in the super bowl Some things are so obvious even a blind man can see what's happening

The only thing I hate about this theory is... you have long term vets all over the field... Gannon, Rice, Brown, prime Woodson, etc... can we honestly say these guys couldn't just play their game if they know the playbook so well, and do as Irvin, Aikman and Emmitt said they did, which was to win in SPITE of #barryswitzer 's attempts to keep it from happening...???

Gruden knew the entire Raiders playbook that had not been changed due to recklessness, even the gestures in the audibles were the same. Since the Raiders reached the final against that Bucs defense that knew their playbook because it was Gruden's, they had nothing to do.

#billcallahan ... easily a top 3 worst Raiders coach all time, depending how much you believe #LaneKiffin as to the insistent nature of #aldavis ...

How is Bill Callahan one of The worst Raiders coaches ever? He gets them to the Super Bowl that’s a pretty good accomplishment.

@@user-td1me4tv3u I could have coached that stacked team to the superbowl. I probably would have been dumb enough to let them run it up the middle and I'd have a SB ring right now lmao

@@dislikebutton4981 Hey got something say about Barrett Robbins. You know how Barrett Robbins is going through a hard time right? I know a good idea maybe some of his old Raider Teammate will contact him and help him out guys like Rich Gannon, Tim Brown, Jerry Rice, Charles Woodson, Rod Woodson, Bill Romanowski, Sebastian Janikowski, Lincoln Kennedy, Jerry Porter or maybe his old coach Bill Callahan. Question you think any of Barrett Robbins Teams or coach will contact him or help him when he's going through a hard time like this?

Problem with this theory is a team doesn’t become an AFC champion with a coach that would sabotage the team-if he was that evil they wouldn’t have made it that far
