I would love to see some of the process of making these huge sculptures, the logistics of a large scale object and what happens to it after it's life is over? Please do a video about it.
When I first found his works, I was so surprised, but now, after all this presentation "anyway", it looks empty, when the form comes as a form and nothing else behind it... Sad
@@Scottygthreethousand I think they mean the Vanta black patent. Anish Kapoor said he owns a color, which he names "Vanta black" or something. Now a lot of artists think he is limiting art.
"I had a show in NY and thought-God! is this what it is" Maybe its the Brit tone- but really the poor chap- having a show in NY- he may as well just end it now.

What incredible insight into his thinking process and materialization of his ideas. Truly one of the greats. Thanks for sharing.

This lecture really helped me to fall in love with Kapoor's adventuring!
Interestingly Awesum!
really nice lecture!
good interview, he is innovative person
Anish Kapoor is a terrible human being...represents everything WRONG WITH ART...
What do you mean WRONG, i just discovered this guy and found his work quite unique and intriguing
Why? I think his art is engaging, imaginative, and provocative. Isn't that great alone?
