    I'm so happy that you posted this update on 75 Hard! I'm on day 50. When I first started thinking about trying it I searched TH-cam to see other people's experience with the program and that's how I found your channel! I have a close friend doing it with me and it really helps having someone to cheer you on or be that person that can relate to the times you're struggling. The program has definitely made me more accountable to myself and determined to finish.

    This is so motivating! I'm on day one and it seems like this will be impossible to do for 75 days but I'm going to make it a priority like you did.

    I love all of your videos but these health updates are excellent. I once read an article that said American children spend less time outside than prisoners! UGH! I live in Arizona so it is very hot in the summer but my children spend several hours a day outside every single day. In the summer, we swim for at least 2 hours a day and in the winter we ride our bikes, go for a hike, or just play. I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning. So nice to just get some fresh air. Thank you for the encouragement. I workout 5-6 days a week unless I am on vacation. It is a part of my lifestyle that I don’t ever want to change. I absolutely love my workouts. I workout hard but when I am not in the mood to workout, I just take a walk, ride my bike, or just make myself an easy workout. I just think it is so important for me to move as much as I can. It keeps me sane! Love your videos!

      Oh my gosh, that's INSANE! That's awesome that you get them outside so much. It's crazy what it does for us and our mental state.

    I love hearing your story and what changes you have made! it is so awesome that you finished!! I am on 75 hard now and am on day like 15. I literally have dreams of eating cake or brownies and wake up scared that I failed lol. I found that carrying around a half gallon water bottle helps keep track of my water.

      Hahaha I was like that too! I'd get into bed and freak out that I didn't actually do all of the items that day. It's crazy how your body changes though because i stopped really craving stuff towards the end which I didn't think was ever possible.

      @@SarahBrithinee it really is crazy!! like I have never seen my abs before this program lol do you think you will do the other phases?

      @@becomingawarepodcast I think I'd do phase 1, not sure about the others. It seems like it gets pretty time consuming as they go on. If at some point I was working "normal" hours I could see myself doing it. I definitely think I'll do 75hard every year though. It's such a good reset to brush up on.

      @@SarahBrithinee yea I'm not sure if I will do the other phases but who knows lol. that sounds like a good plan to do it every year kind of like a reset to keep things moving. I like that!

    Congrats on finishing your challenge! Good luck with the new program. I wish I can sign up and do the same but I can't since my broken leg needs my attention at this time. Appreciate your thoughts on this. Great job with continuing to work hard! Thanks for the inspiration to do the same.

    I am a FASTERway member. I wish I had waited until September to do my initial 6 weeks. I actually love the IM fasting and only 2 low carb days (Monday and Tuesday), it is more doable for me. But my results were very modest, but I'm still at it.
