Did you target locals a lot or did you focus a lot on nation wide customers? How did you do that? Did you have a “strategy” all these influencers talk about or were you SUPER consistent? Very encouraging! I opened my brick and mortar store at the start of this pandemic and honestly it’s been a roller coaster! Family and friends don’t understand the stress but it’s nice to know that your not alone!!!!

We'll speaking from a customer's perspective it has happened to me twice that packages say delivered and they don't arrive. Once a neighbor had the package and returned it about 2 days later but didn't tell me, he/she just left it there. And the second time they scanned it as delivered but it never was, I followed up with USPS created a case and everything, they delivered it about 2 weeks later. So I've been on both sides of the table and can safely say not all customers are just trying to get free stuff, even though some are.

I have two questions, and maybe there’s two answers based on when you first started and where you are today since you’ve grown so much - 1) do you do all of your own social media posts and stories? And 2) do you manage your website or does someone do it for you (ie adding new items, updating content and making changes)? Esp from wholesalers that have a strict return policy and high shipping/handling fees?
