Look at your new home you're building! It's so beautiful! Those views are just stunning Alejandra you don't have to answer to all comments. People watch your channel because we love your content and not because of the comments, and as your work progress and time flies (towards winter) it's better to use all your time to your project than to comment. We love your joy and all these positive things we get from you two.
Black Hardware! Also, a hydrangea somewhere near your studio would look amazing. You're both doing an incredible job - so excited for you to get to the final stages and decorating - eeek!
The studio is looking great! Just a couple of tips to pass on if you plan to do any windows/door in the future. The expanding foam is great stuff and a tip for using it in warmer weather or if you're worried that it will expand before you place it, put it in the fridge for a few hours before use. That way it takes longer to expand. Second tip, there are air pads you can buy for levelling windows and doors. They're commonly used for this purpose and highly recommend them. They're not that expensive either. They typically come as a pair as you need at least two. There are different weight classes so buy the one that will suit your situation best.
Hydrangeas are my favorite bush and flower. I’m sad that we can’t grow them in the desert. Maybe some day, when we live closer to the ocean again…….. Awesome job you two! 🧡
I've been looking forward to seeing the progress. You can be really proud guys, you have built that from scratch, its looking amazing already. The doors went well, even seasoned carpenters don't always get it perfect, so well done.👍❤️
Looks amazing, looking forward to the interior design ❤. For the mud outside the studio you could try straw. The straw will soak up the water and then slowly decompose.
Hiii! You can put gravel around the studio, its a great starting point and as Ale said in the future you’ll have drains but in the meantime. Put a landscaping tarp or something to keep the rocks from sinking 🫶
what a wonderful vlog, you had me smiling at your excitement and walna's swearing. well done my lovelies, you over came the struggles of only the 2 of you trying to lift those heavy windows and doors. there's a compound you can buy to repair cracks in window screen of cars. ive not used it on domestic windows but im sure it would work on yours. usually it covers it to the point that its almost or totally invisible in most cases and since it wont be under the same wind pressure of driving a car it should last. worth a try to help with your ocd and preventing the crack getting any worse. usually if you pack the hinges it should help re-alien the doors, but failing that the easier simplest way is to just sand the part thats sticking. also when the studio is fully in use i would put a hook and eye onto the building and door so when its open it can be secured to the wall so if there's a little gust of wind it doesn't slam the doors together or against the wall and cause damage. so love seeing cookie he's such a sweetheart. you could do silver on the outside and black on the inside or if you have steel on both sides it will still match in and compliment the black fire. Ally your braver then me getting on the roof, i have no head for heights. well done my lovelies take care, keep safe, hope you enjoyed the party in the village. looking forward to next weeks vlog. you both deserve all the love and praise for all your hard work, grit and determination. you should be so proud of your achievements
Oh my goodness! You two are super super amazing! The doors are beautiful. I love the stainless steel. I was so looking forward to seeing your video this week. I could not imagine how you were going to manage but you did. You did brilliantly. All the best to you both.
Great find and luck with the varnish, it was meant to be. I think that the stainless steel is the best choice because of the hinges. Loved seeing you both getting stuck in getting the doors up, the colourful words and stress is all part of the building process lol, as long as you are smiling at the end of the day.😅❤️
Great job guys! What a massive accomplishment to install those heavy doors! Your interactions with each other are so sweet and make me smile. You will have an amazing studio before you know it x
Gran trabajo chicos!!
Guys, I've seen some interestin Swedish videos where they use a linseed oil based paint or wood stain (for interior and exterior wood) that seems very good and enviromentally friendly. Maybe for the exterior of your new building it could be a nice option! Ciao!
it might help for a few years if you run second glue transparent into the crack of the window this is to prevent moisture from getting between the windows and then fogging up the window on the inside between the windows. Good luck
Would it help the cracked window to last a little longer if you put a small amount of superglue on the crack? It might prevent it getting bigger (just a thought) You are both such hard workers, and compliment each other so well. The views from your property are stunning, and it seems so peaceful there. I hope you have a restful and lovely weekend xxxx
Hi, just an idea: I think you should keep the black color on all the metal details and mix the lacquer with grey pigment to the wood panels. All the best.
Love you two! Have you ever made a video talking in spanish Ale? And Warner are you learning the language? You should make a video were Ale only speaks spanish
Just found out today about linseed oil paint 🙈 We’ve bought linseed oil for the wood on the inside, and I knew linseed oil varnishes exist in different colours (which we thought of getting in the future), but I hadn’t heard of the paint. Looking it up I’m so far unable to find it Spain, so maybe it’s just not normal here? Anyway, thank you for making us aware of that option because we’ll for sure try get it for future projects! 😊
Your doing so well, its so refreshing to watch because you are honest and real, sharing your soul...keep up the good work, you got this!!!!
Look at your new home you're building!

Proud is an understatement. You are doing SO well
...looove the progress you two are making...very impressive...(for me...stainless steel...match the hinges)... 🥰
Hydrangeas are my favorite bush and flower. I’m sad that we can’t grow them in the desert. Maybe some day, when we live closer to the ocean again……..
Awesome job you two! 🧡
Remember when there wasn't even one window looking for them in the Netherlands and now you are almost done :)
I've been looking forward to seeing the progress. You can be really proud guys, you have built that from scratch, its looking amazing already. The doors went well, even seasoned carpenters don't always get it perfect, so well done.👍❤️
Door & window installers use shims (little pieces of wood) to square off. It’s normal to have a bit of wonky. And it’s an easy fix :)
You guys are sooo cute ❤ You're doing a great job. I always look forward to your updates and love having my tea and "catching up with you."

Absolutely fabulous, didn’t you both do so well. The doors are a huge success.⭐️⭐️👋👋
I like the mat finish. It blends in with nature.

Ah thank you for the info!! I knew there was linseed varnish but I had never heard of the paint. Will definitely look into it 😀

Stainless Steel and if you hate it you can paint it black. Great job!

40:07 Black 🖤 Because windows will be more black soon. Matt is more grey-black.
I'm in a very windy area. The outward opening doors create a better seal when the wind blows against them.

im surprised you didnt get linseed oil paint as its has no plastics in it........much better for your living environment

Stainless steel on outside, our black outside handles discoloured with the weather.
Did you get Patreon yet?
Why do you need an outside handle . Nice without 😊
These doors are the only way of getting into the studio so a handle is crucial unfortunately ☺️
Silver, please
For the cracked window you van buy a kit for mending car windscreens which work fine.
Shim the door frame. They are little wedges. This will keep the door frame square.
