Based on your schematic I did a simulation with your component values and it is not working. The voltage commutates between 2.53 V and 2.6V. It also does not work on a breadboard. The LED´s have a constant brightness. Does your build differ from the schematic?
I´d be very thankful for a hint.

Amigo buenas realice el circuito con Led smd muy bien pero hay unos led que funcionan a partir de 3,7v como hago para elevar el voltaje para que funcionen ya que solo llegan 2,4 y son de color azul son Led 3528
Connect 4 1.5V batteries and try that... Alternative is 9V battery but idk if they will ehustand that ..

How long will battery last? 2200mAh/(25*20mA) = 4.4h of runtime. Is this correct math?
Add a T/on delay and another circuit for both chambers of heart.
R3 = 220k not 120k that is true ?

What transistor can we use instead of BD136?
You can use BC516, TIP127, BC636, BC640, BD138, BD140, BD678 etc PNP Transistor

So, no BMS? I am sure this would run 24/7 for 6 months. It would pay for itself even if the battery went totally flat. I guess one could just monitor the voltage and charge when necessary. I would! I suppose most here would also. OK. I Love it. ❤😄
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the battery is 2200mAh, and 25 diodes in parallel draw 20mA each, which is 500mA, which means, 2200mAh/500mA = 4.4h of runtime?
If I want to increase or decrease the speed, how do I do it?
Attach a potentiometer with the 10k resistor, that is connected with pin 7 and 6 of the 555 ic.

@@adzeta8719 Use the top (this connects to centre), and either one of the lower two. Have a play with your multi meter, set to resistance and turn the pot back and forth.
