Don't get rid of that fire in the bedroom, just extend the wall to the left (wall over the alcove) and it will make the fire more central to the room.

11:00 Victorian houses were often built with offset fireplaces. The space to the right is the chimney for the fireplace on the floor below. They will merge as one above the fire.

It doesn’t. It looks pretty real, not oversaturated. I like the colours.
@@jasonsoo6138 Just look at the horrible dynamic range, purple fringing and stuff. Backlit shots looked awful and created weird flares in the corners. Auto Brightness also struggled a lot.. I don't know much of this phone, but if it's THAT bad (which it is, coming from an iPhone 13 Pro Max) i def. wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
House is amazing! Has everything. Just missing that marzbar touch which I’m sure over the next year will come together nicely. Can’t wait to see the journey with this house!

Two months ago. Spending time doing up his house has added value so no issue there. People do move and like he said he wanted a bigger garden for his dog and studio space.

@@badnbourgeoisie6480 stud wall is easy to replace and house prices have risen quite dramatically in last four years so absolutely his house will have gained value.
@@1ninjatiger that house didnt sell for more than he paid it was a new build and they very rarely go up in value in the first few years plus it was full of holes, uncertifed electrical alterations and god knows what else.
@@madgebishop5409 Of course it would have..prices in England increased by almost 15% from June 2019 to June 2022 and Alex had the house before then. As for claiming ‘dodgy electrics’ led lighting is easily removed and I’m sure everything will have been checked and passed prior to sale.

Love your new place. Definitely cinema room. Walk in wardrobe. Do nice lounge and also a snug room . Garage put cars and tools in .music room . And so on .
The upstairs room (super long one) above the studio, you can have it as like a workshop/design area where you have your tools and stuff to experiment with perhaps

Hey, ( @11:00 ) if you don't want to go through the trouble of removing the fireplace and mantle, you can add a bit of wall to the left in order to center it. That area on the left does not appear to be very useful and you could turn it into a built-in bookshelf, or something. Just my 'two cents'. Way to go! Fireplace isn't central because of the chimney and downstairs probably.

Drives me mental second floor fireplaces are usually off centre because the chimney flute runes up from the ground floor, if it ran straight up you'd end up with smoke in the room above so they off set the fireplace above to negate that. Logically makes sense... Aesthetically infuriating
