The best one will always be Thel
Idk, personally I’m loving Fal, who canonically defeated an entire army by himself and was one of the first elites to rebel against the covenant
What is rather interesting is that in the Mausoleum of the Arbiter, there is a total of 192 caskets that could hold deceased Arbiters.
A question I have always had was prior to the Covenant era where the Sangheli Arbiter's were shamed, did they keep the honoured Arbiters within the Mausoleum?
If so, in the Covenant's eyes, those Arbiters previous to the shaming of the role, I am sure, would have been honoured.
In that fashion, I would have thought that at some point in the Sangheli culture, there may have been some form of further infighting because of this role change and how it would disgrace the previous Arbiters.
Ripa is definitely my personal favorite apart from the obvious Thel. I played alot of halo wars back in the day and he was my favorite leader. Also double swords is cool and the fact he's huge.
I wish they would make an arbiter game. Like going throughout the centuries and playing a mission or 2 as many arbiters. I feel like that’s be an amazing lore filled side game
Arbiters are so unique to me like the story. everything about them is so fascinating
The best Arbiter of them is none other Thel ‘Vadam.
"The journey is a lie!"
I liked Var Gatanai in the tv show actually, would have loved to more of him.
I love how much, but also how little, we know about the Arbiters. Just enough to love them!
Thel vadam is the beest
Sorry first
Thel is the winner every time
Thel will and shall forever be the best and greatest arbiter that has lived and exist may the Swords of Sanghelios live forever
YES
Thel ‘Vadam is great but I personally love Fal ‘Chavamee
So wait. Before humanity even knew of the Covenant, they called Mgalekgolo the same thing humans did? By calling Jeht Hunter of Hunters?
Great video! I would give it a like, but the number of likes rn is 117.
Too late on that my friend lol. It’s at 124 now

Roid rage arbiter is the best
Eridanus is pronounced Eri-dan-us and the first artifact in the TV Series was from Madrigal, not Meridian.
Oh! Shit. You’re right. I’m a nishum! Sorry about that and thanks for the correction
Wort wort wort
Daily reminder that in Bungie’s canon Forerunners were ancient humans and that’s what the Prophets started the Human Covenant War to cover up. The ONLY outliers were the few things that Frank O’Conner had direct control over in 3 (the rest of 3 was clearly designs with Forerunners being ancient humans. Truth and Gravemind both alluded to humanity’s Forerunner ancestry, Guilty Spark outright tells Chief “YOU ARE FORERUNNER!”, and whenever you activate the terminals they’ll play reversed speech that says “access granted” or “lineage confirmed”. Those take presence over Frank’s barely coherent retcons. Plus, Contact Harvest written by Joseph Staten came out AFTER 3, so it supersedes anything Frank did. That book has Mendicant Bias telling the future Prophets that humans were the children of their gods). In 2’s original ending the Arbiter would’ve seen a humanoid skeleton inside the Ark’s central chamber that served as the template for humanity. The whole concept of “Blessed Ones” in the show doesn’t work since the whole of humanity could use Forerunner technology thanks to our ancestry.
While this is true; it’s not been a thing for a fair while and the Frankie lore is what we’ve had since.
The Genesong thing is likely the influence for the Silver Timeline
Man the TV show sucked
