yeah rats are a big No, i like rtss as pets but they can def destroy a lot of supplies and cost you a lot of money. At least with the place you chose, if you need a place to spend the night, doesnt seem like a problem lol
These are apartment prices here.. For that much I'd rent an apartment with an extra room for art :')
