I watch a lot of wire work demo's, am always looking for new idea's, and I must say your video's are by far some of the best I have seen. Love this ring... have some tiny genuine opal beads that I have been trying to figure out what to do with... think this will be one way to go.

How long does it take you to make this ring when you're not doing a tutorial? Also, can you please say how long it takes you to make a 3-inch top to bottom circle Tree of Life pendant with a woven figure 8 bale including preparing your tools and wire? I need to gauge my progress with an experienced artist such as yourself. My end results are good but it was VERY time consuming (11-12 hours!!)! +Robin Stumpp I use silver plated wire, but it also has an anti tarnish coating on it, which helps prevent it from tarnishing, which I find really works well :-)

Do you use stainless steel wire or silver plated wire? I've made some jewelry with wire and it tarnished badly.
