2020-2021 i lost so much of weight due to stress and depression, i lost confidence, scared to go out. Nothing seemed to impress me, i was loosing hope day by day coz my problems were adding up bit by bit. 2021 on the 31st of December, i prayed so hard for God to change my story in the 2022. Come 2022 my emotions healed magical, all my problems went off my mind not knowing how, but they were still there. My debts were still there, not working, still loosing things, but in my mind I was ok and felt just ok emotionally. Everything was just ok emotionally and spiritually and in my heart, and i could not understand why. I started to gain weight day by day, my confidence picked up and i was really happy even though i have financial problems. 1 day 1 sit down and that's when it came in to my mind that all ths changes came because of the prayer i prayed on the 31st of December, that's when i started praying every other day, thanking God for everything. I'm still not working, but no debts anymore, but I'm surviving each day. I'm thankful to God. God answers guys.
People have such weird expectations of others that they cannot stand it when someone is being themselves, authentic, raw, vulnerable, unfiltered and not afraid to show up this way. You want it packaged a certain way to suit your palates. This isn’t a telenovela or someone reading from a script they have practised, this is her REAL life.❤
I love Mona. I love that she's radically herself. She's not posturing for celebrity. I enjoy that she is just existing and it's funny that people are upset because she does not care to live up to societal standards for fashion, beauty, language and nothing. More love, more healing and more power to you queen. POW!
This one of the best episodes i have watched this year.Packed with so much wisdom and worthy of being listened to multiple times🙏. Looking forward to the book Mam !
Sometimes pressing restart is scary but so necessary. Sometimes it takes a crisis. LOUDER PLEASE!!! I HAD to rewrite this because the truth you've just shared here sesi... bona👊🏾👏🏽👊🏾👏🏽
13:22 It hit me when I got to relate that He will crap something from you to get your attention, because he is God who can give back whatever he took... the story of my life. I call this season of my life "the wilderness " God taught me that separation is kingdom language. Separation is not a bad word, though we gonna feel it. Is actually meant for our empowerment. Abram had to separate from his hometown and almost everything he knew, for God to keep his promise, Because of that separation he was now not a blessing for himself but for others/ generations. Moses had to be separated from the land of Egypt for him to see and hear God, and after separation he became a blessing to others. David had to be separated from what he knew, he had to always be on the run. God made him a blessing even for other. With all bible characters that we read about and God use mighty not for themselves only but for others.
This was so humbling for you to share and personal. Thank you for laying it bare for the masses to learn and grow. You put your wounds out there for public consumption knowing very well that you will receive scrutiny and critique about your life’s experiences and a journey so personal. God bless you for it all 💕. My take away is to seek validation and fulfilment from within. To continuously work on oneself until the point of self mastery. To be grounded in faith and God’s timing and the plans He has to prosper us. Not to succumb to societal pressures. Nobody is coming to save you, not even the marriage that has been in your vision board since you were 11, invest in yourself, heal your emotional wounds and psychological trauma, appreciate the love that is in your life now and live everyday like it was your last. Be kind to yourself and others. ❤
Putting God first, Accountability Not loosing yourself in your marriage And making sure that you allow God to lead so you can teach and raise your kids in his ways. Thank you Mona❤
Madam speaker, I love how you held space for her and asked the right questions, this is my first time watching your podcast, also love how clean the sound is when listening on earphones which unfortunately has gotten lost in the podcast space, its meant to be an auditory experience. Lastly I love Mona
Tjo I'm about to leave the conversation and I was asking myself if it's just me cos I feel like I can't finish this video and decided to come to the comment section
I believe she used to act so she used to read scripts, so she’s just being diplomatic , to me she seems like she wanted to narrate the book Macbeth and Macduff🤣😅
Thank you madam speaker for bringing such an artistic, feminine, lovely spirit with such a beautiful relationship with God. No everyone can understand the narrative of a healed, spiritually matured person. I have seen 97% of failing marriages through her narrative. You spoke the scars, wound, pain and have really shown accountability. Maturity to top
How Madam Speaker is able to switch from the speaker we know her to be , to being such an empathetic listener, contain her strong personality and allow everything to be about the guest,it is truly incredible 💯💐❤
I saw a video years ago of Mona and her ex husband, very happy and I remember one of the things you both mentioned you had ancestral worship in common. I am so happy to hear you speak about God sooo much ❤❤❤ and Jesus Christ in particular.
I love her hle ❤this woman is so beautiful 😍 inside and outside and she is such a beautiful soul. Have experienced her personally ❤she's such a force... love you Queen 👸🏾 you are an amazing human being ❤❤mommy did a great job in raising you... ❤️ strength to you my lovely Queen 👸🏾
Yoh Mona!! you are speaking to my inner person 🥺 Please never be silenced!! Keep on preaching salvation and lead people to Christ by the way you lead your life. So much wisdom in this❣
I resonate with your story so much, the death experience, losing a child, divorce etc. You are a powerhouse! Stay strong and keep sharing your story so the next generation avoids these mistakes that we made. Love you ❤
She will heal the way she wants and needs to. Not everyone wants to talk to counselors, God heals the broken hearted, if you are willing, that’s the route she’s taking and that’s fine.
One thing I’ve learnt is that no matter who you are, healing is the fundamental key to success. The worst kind of success is the one that leaves you broken with all the materials in the world. Let’s normalise counselling💖
Is true we keep on ignoring red flags, so profound dear God is the only healer and he will never leave nor forsake us. We always thank him for opening our eyes . You are healed dear what a testimony
Few women reach this point of realisation, only few. She is not the typical women who blames their partner or ex with everything and dont take accountability....She will be fine this one
Mona you speaking the gospel truth. We want things out of this world and do not see we have so much from God. We compare ourselves to others and do not see the blessings around us. I love you sisters.
Mona is quite a vibe hey And Thank you Madam Speaker for being such a great host, asking questions and allowing her space to respond without interjecting, it's such a rare skill many host struggle with
I don’t even understand what she talking about I expected formal conversation from her..but it shows that she’s still stressed let her heal and come back with descriptive conversation
Sometimes we try so much to be 'spiritual' and 'evolved' that we completely lose the plot.. just talk nje. uthini vele?? Lapho the comments are like 'wow, so healed' 🫤
I don’t think she’s ready to talk, she’s speaking in riddles a lot and trying a lot not to open up .maybe 3 years from now she’ll be fine for now she’s not ready ❤
The comments are shocking. She is clear, aware, confident and stood on business. People just want someone to sound and express themselves in one way and cannot grasp the way she chooses to express herself.
They are not ready to receive her message because they are not where she is spiritually, mentally and emotionally. Only if you have also done the work yourself will you get it. Healing doesn’t end. I would love to see someone come in any platform and boldly say they are now a 💯 version of their higher self. It never stops. It’s like trying to give advice to someone who hasn’t evolved to the next step of their path, they won’t hear it, no matter how practical and sound the advice is 😅. Same thing is happening here ❤
Love Mona, she has a natural beauty, but I don't think she has healed what we see is a girl whose crying for help she really needs it. She wants to convey something but awumuzwa kahle ukuthi ufuna ukuthini. She's a smart girl but something is not make sure. The dress code is not also appropriate. She has a beautiful body but kuningi nje okungekho right. I hope one day she can reconcile with her husband and recover from what she's going through. She needs our prayers. Ngokubona kwami she's still depressed and she's still in love with her ex.
@thandimasilela8947 but what indicates that she hasnt healed? Who said she has to be healed? She is still going through a divorce which is difficult but making such assumptions and placing blame on her ngoba she hasn't healed...that is repetitive psychology bull we hear. What does healing even look like ? And who are we to deem dress codes as appropriate or not?
I pray for healing, forgiveness nd happiness for the both of them This has nothing to do with individuals It's a spiritual warefare Satan is after families Pls always pray for your families
The authenticity in the story telling is a good vibe. She owns up to her role from beginning to the end of the relationship. I could listen listen listen, your draw my attention shame... "Ha ke divosehe!"
The way she narrated her life story was good enough... for descriptive details wait for her book and for the divorce to be finalized... meantime let's allow people to heal in their own way
Amen.. That's how I understood it to, it's OK not to be to explicit, descriptive etc, as the future is not to far where kids are cencerned.. It is about facing a reality one did not expect, learning through the pain and expressing as much as one can.,not for the tabloid but only through God's eyes&time.., she makes good sense if u truly incline. 💕... I love it when she said sometimes we chase what is "honorable" because it has been indoctrinated. I learned this the hard way. The scripture that says your righteous is like a filthy rag. Made me realize it is by Grace and Grace alone. Never by works and we are stressed out and depressed because of the "honorable thing" which on its own nature is not sustainable

Somebody said we should not take for granted the prayers made 31 December, I can't wait 🙌
If you haven’t been through what she has been through, it is going to be hard to relate. She’s making so much sense to me.
Same Same… I understand her completely.. this woman is phenomenal ♥️♥️♥️🔥

She’s so beautiful. Her beauty is so underrated. Also, her dress is absolutely fine.
I couldn't agree with you more, she's smart and sounds like a lady that knows herself. so confident and comfortable with herself.

prioritizing a partner over God can hinder spiritual growth and intimacy with God. Thank you Sesi Mona for sharing your story😍😇
I love the fact that she lives to tell her own story, her experiences, and discoveries . Beautiful 😍
I could listen to her speak all day …her words are so inspiring and touching ….
