2020-2021 i lost so much of weight due to stress and depression, i lost confidence, scared to go out. Nothing seemed to impress me, i was loosing hope day by day coz my problems were adding up bit by bit. 2021 on the 31st of December, i prayed so hard for God to change my story in the 2022. Come 2022 my emotions healed magical, all my problems went off my mind not knowing how, but they were still there. My debts were still there, not working, still loosing things, but in my mind I was ok and felt just ok emotionally. Everything was just ok emotionally and spiritually and in my heart, and i could not understand why. I started to gain weight day by day, my confidence picked up and i was really happy even though i have financial problems. 1 day 1 sit down and that's when it came in to my mind that all ths changes came because of the prayer i prayed on the 31st of December, that's when i started praying every other day, thanking God for everything. I'm still not working, but no debts anymore, but I'm surviving each day. I'm thankful to God. God answers guys.
People have such weird expectations of others that they cannot stand it when someone is being themselves, authentic, raw, vulnerable, unfiltered and not afraid to show up this way. You want it packaged a certain way to suit your palates. This isn’t a telenovela or someone reading from a script they have practised, this is her REAL life.❤
I love Mona. I love that she's radically herself. She's not posturing for celebrity. I enjoy that she is just existing and it's funny that people are upset because she does not care to live up to societal standards for fashion, beauty, language and nothing. More love, more healing and more power to you queen. POW!
Sometimes pressing restart is scary but so necessary. Sometimes it takes a crisis. LOUDER PLEASE!!! I HAD to rewrite this because the truth you've just shared here sesi... bona👊🏾👏🏽👊🏾👏🏽
This one of the best episodes i have watched this year.Packed with so much wisdom and worthy of being listened to multiple times🙏. Looking forward to the book Mam !
I saw a video years ago of Mona and her ex husband, very happy and I remember one of the things you both mentioned you had ancestral worship in common. I am so happy to hear you speak about God sooo much ❤❤❤ and Jesus Christ in particular.
Thank you madam speaker for bringing such an artistic, feminine, lovely spirit with such a beautiful relationship with God. No everyone can understand the narrative of a healed, spiritually matured person. I have seen 97% of failing marriages through her narrative. You spoke the scars, wound, pain and have really shown accountability. Maturity to top
13:22 It hit me when I got to relate that He will crap something from you to get your attention, because he is God who can give back whatever he took... the story of my life. I call this season of my life "the wilderness " God taught me that separation is kingdom language. Separation is not a bad word, though we gonna feel it. Is actually meant for our empowerment. Abram had to separate from his hometown and almost everything he knew, for God to keep his promise, Because of that separation he was now not a blessing for himself but for others/ generations. Moses had to be separated from the land of Egypt for him to see and hear God, and after separation he became a blessing to others. David had to be separated from what he knew, he had to always be on the run. God made him a blessing even for other. With all bible characters that we read about and God use mighty not for themselves only but for others.
Putting God first, Accountability Not loosing yourself in your marriage And making sure that you allow God to lead so you can teach and raise your kids in his ways. Thank you Mona❤
The comments are shocking. She is clear, aware, confident and stood on business. People just want someone to sound and express themselves in one way and cannot grasp the way she chooses to express herself.
They are not ready to receive her message because they are not where she is spiritually, mentally and emotionally. Only if you have also done the work yourself will you get it. Healing doesn’t end. I would love to see someone come in any platform and boldly say they are now a 💯 version of their higher self. It never stops. It’s like trying to give advice to someone who hasn’t evolved to the next step of their path, they won’t hear it, no matter how practical and sound the advice is 😅. Same thing is happening here ❤
Mona is quite a vibe hey And Thank you Madam Speaker for being such a great host, asking questions and allowing her space to respond without interjecting, it's such a rare skill many host struggle with
Tjo I'm about to leave the conversation and I was asking myself if it's just me cos I feel like I can't finish this video and decided to come to the comment section
I pray for healing, forgiveness nd happiness for the both of them This has nothing to do with individuals It's a spiritual warefare Satan is after families Pls always pray for your families
The authenticity in the story telling is a good vibe. She owns up to her role from beginning to the end of the relationship. I could listen listen listen, your draw my attention shame... "Ha ke divosehe!"
Mona you speaking the gospel truth. We want things out of this world and do not see we have so much from God. We compare ourselves to others and do not see the blessings around us. I love you sisters.
I don’t even understand what she talking about I expected formal conversation from her..but it shows that she’s still stressed let her heal and come back with descriptive conversation
Sometimes we try so much to be 'spiritual' and 'evolved' that we completely lose the plot.. just talk nje. uthini vele?? Lapho the comments are like 'wow, so healed' 🫤
This was so humbling for you to share and personal. Thank you for laying it bare for the masses to learn and grow. You put your wounds out there for public consumption knowing very well that you will receive scrutiny and critique about your life’s experiences and a journey so personal. God bless you for it all 💕. My take away is to seek validation and fulfilment from within. To continuously work on oneself until the point of self mastery. To be grounded in faith and God’s timing and the plans He has to prosper us. Not to succumb to societal pressures. Nobody is coming to save you, not even the marriage that has been in your vision board since you were 11, invest in yourself, heal your emotional wounds and psychological trauma, appreciate the love that is in your life now and live everyday like it was your last. Be kind to yourself and others. ❤
I love her hle ❤this woman is so beautiful 😍 inside and outside and she is such a beautiful soul. Have experienced her personally ❤she's such a force... love you Queen 👸🏾 you are an amazing human being ❤❤mommy did a great job in raising you... ❤️ strength to you my lovely Queen 👸🏾
I don’t think she’s ready to talk, she’s speaking in riddles a lot and trying a lot not to open up .maybe 3 years from now she’ll be fine for now she’s not ready ❤
Healing is a milestone journey it takes a long time to get BETTER because it's only getting better, the scars are getting better but they don't completely heal. I pray for her healing, as we call it "healing". This journey is hard and very painful 💔💔💔
Those who actually dont understand this lady are suffering from shallowness (possibly inexperience and lack of understanding.) Give it time and listen again please...
You are able to get a divorce in absentia, as long as the terms are legally fair. Courts maybe slow, but it is eventually doable And legally i think you are able to change your surname even when married. Its a right to be called who you want

Mona is very articulate but i personally ddnt like the way she narrated her story .I understand that she is a creative but i would have preferred the traditional style . Other than that she is a lovely person ,you can see she is working on her healing .I wish her all the best .
Her understanding of spirituality and awareness sounds similar to Dineo Ranaka's. Praying for total restoration over her life she's definitely not 100% okay.
I love it when she said sometimes we chase what is "honorable" because it has been indoctrinated. I learned this the hard way. The scripture that says your righteous is like a filthy rag. Made me realize it is by Grace and Grace alone. Never by works and we are stressed out and depressed because of the "honorable thing" which on its own nature is not sustainable
I think it's trauma and I feel like she is still working through her stuff in her mind and heart. I give her credit for carrying on. She still has her personality
At times when you've never been through a near death experience, nervous breakdown and depression you would say just that. Some of us we do understand her, and we hear her loud and clear..we understand what she's been through because we too have been through it...just give her love ❤️
Ausi Mona ke kopa Podcast. I am begging you!!!!!😢😢😢 Im not saying talk about your journey, but your personality, your day to day Instagram posts that you maybe caht elaborate on. I think God brought you to this moment le Madam because this is where you belong.❤❤❤

Absolutely, God answers mysteriously ❤
Somebody said we should not take for granted the prayers made 31 December, I can't wait 🙌
She’s so beautiful. Her beauty is so underrated. Also, her dress is absolutely fine.
I couldn't agree with you more, she's smart and sounds like a lady that knows herself. so confident and comfortable with herself.

I hear and I understand her.
Shoutout to her for telling her story how she wants and not conforming to yalls expectations.
Same here!🌸
I hear and understand her too, what a brave and strong woman ❤
I could listen to her speak all day …her words are so inspiring and touching ….
If you haven’t been through what she has been through, it is going to be hard to relate. She’s making so much sense to me.
Same Same… I understand her completely.. this woman is phenomenal ♥️♥️♥️🔥

Wow, Aus Mona, this was a deep conversation, I loved your transparency. It shows how deeply intimate you are with your spirituality. Thank you
This was beautiful and I think Mona will make an excellent writer , her sense of humour and style of using words is amazing ❤

Learnt a lot from this interview. Thank you Mona for being vulnerable and sharing your experience and wisdom ❤

The point about us being angry with our mothers... i hear her and that woman has held me down

As women, we need to be careful not to lose ourselves in the process of loving somebody too much

oh Mona ,what a beautiful interview
Someone please put where she starts her story?
Maybe the way she was talking like she is joking made me not to grasp a lot.....she is surely not ok...God restore her
That’s what I’m picking up….something isn’t quite right..
I think it's trauma and I feel like she is still working through her stuff in her mind and heart. I give her credit for carrying on. She still has her personality
I really enjoyed most of the conversations😄
I'm lost in her story, I find it to be all over the place ...that's just me, she's well spoken though
I was hoping for a straight to the point story but we tell stories differently I guess
She is saying a bunch of nothing or maybe ke nna?
😮Sometimes, it's okay not to say anything. Did you have to be so insensitive?
Think your intellect didn’t allow you to appreciate such conversations this was a very venerable and insightful discussion
I hear you..been waiting for the story.
At times when you've never been through a near death experience, nervous breakdown and depression you would say just that. Some of us we do understand her, and we hear her loud and clear..we understand what she's been through because we too have been through it...just give her love ❤️
@NomsaRamulifho I think one needs to be in some state of discernment for you to understand what she is saying....she's being deep in this case
Shuuuu....Thank you Madam speaker for this episode. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot ❤
I'm a patient person but not for this...i really tried but nah...
