Meet our Trainers: Lyndsay Cotton

Lyndsay Cotton is one of the GREEN Solar Academy trainers at the Johannesburg and Pretoria venues. He is a registered electrician and studied Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying. One of the subjects he majored in was Electrical understanding of SANS 10142-1.
He started his own construction business in 2003 and is currently a partner and director for LCP Solar. Lyndsay is a man with attention to detail, he has developed SANS 1900 and 1395 QM processes for his businesses and has also assisted in developing some of our courses at GREEN Solar Academy.
He started training at the academy in 2021 and finds it energising interacting with his students, he is always ready to help new installers with questions and projects and always tries to take away snippets of wisdom offered by the participants for himself!
