- Arguably one of the best releases of the year from the brand with the three stripes comes in the form of the Adidas Ozelia! But a lot of people still call these a poor man's Yeezy. Is this really the case? Find out more in the video.

Adidas is on top when it comes to brand new silhouettes. I have Yeezy 700s and as far as design goes, I’d place the Ozelia right up there with them. Easily. You can like both Yeezys and Oz-whatevers at the same time and the world isn’t going to end. Hypebeasts, it’s okay to appreciate good design. No one’s going to judge you for doing so unlike the way you judge people for liking non-hype sneakers.

People who call them a “poor man’s Yeezys” are really the poor ones for giving their money to the other product for a crazy resale amount.

Funny, I very rarely have any issues with Adidas sizing. I got these in my usual size of 10.5 US and they're perfect. The adiprene is very firm but they are a comfy pair of shoes.

I bought 4 different color ways during the holidays. My favorite is the Black/White/Orange with the gold letters. Pacsun and Hibbet keep them in stock and they are usually on sale, Right now Pacsun has them for $70.

@@sergiosanjuan1166 I’m a 10 in dunks and a 10.5 in Jordan’s. I had to go 10.5 because the 10’s felt tight. I also wear 10.5 in the Yeezy 700’s if that helps. The sole makes your foot lean forward a bit so the 10 made my toes rub on the front end, I was constantly having to adjust until I went to the 10.5.

i have this exact colorway but the front of the shoe has a triangle like shape wich is made up of a material that turn dirty really fast
I tried it earlier in adidas trinoma, it looks expensive when wore. I was about to buy but sadly they do not have my size. It's priced at 5-6k

No it’s not a poor man yeezy… these are just some fire shoes. The color ways I want most are sold out. Love that sand color you have too. Some of the women’s colors are fire but guess what? All sold out in the bigger sizes
I absolutely agree. It’s a great shoe from Adidas, and shouldn’t been seen as a takedown in any way. I really hope Adidas restocks these and keeps them in rotation for a longer period of time like they did with the Ozweego when it first came back.

i wear a size 7.5 in womens and got a 7 in ozweegos, they fit me perfectly. just got Ozelia in the same size. hopefully they fit

I absolutely agree! It’s actually one of my favorite releases from Adidas this year. Plus, the DNA of this shoe goes back to a time way before Kanye even had Yeezy’s with Nike
@@zackisme111 its definitely yeezy inspired by the design n aesthetic of the shoe, im definitely grabbing a pair this weekend ive tried them on and they fit like a glove and also go with many of my outfits.
@@skxlter5747 I do think it’s also a per colorway basis. Like the blue or even the purple one with neone green gets it from the Ozweego in ‘96. That being said, I love me the chunky all white pair but I might try out the Ozrah just to review it first. Aye go crazy with the colorways man! If hypebeasts won’t buy it, that’s a good thing for the rest of us

They have similar colours, but that's about it, if anything the Torsion x.

These ran a bit big for me, it got an ugly crease near the front from folding. I returned for a half size down. They're not that comfortable as a Yeezy but i like the look

I have the Yeezy 700’s. I’ll let you know if these are up to par. Obviously the Boost is missing which is what makes the yeezy 700 so damn comfortable… but these may also be. I’ll let you know I get them in a week

I have the wave runners and while the comfort of the boost is what draws me to them… the price tag are ridiculous on them. I decided to get these. The design is fire and looks like it will support my feet well I need comfort over hype. I’ll test these and get pack to you all about how they hold up.

@@AG-wh1qb not as comfortable as the wave runners. With that being said they are comfortable. They have a nice cushion when pressing heel of foot down. Whole foot feels supported. These do feel a little loose. I’d go a half size down. I’m a normal mens 9.5 so I’d get the 9. Honestly on feet these look like a premium shoe. Very nice for the summer shoe.

@@eljefe4300 never owned a pair of ozweego’s … these are very comfortable. They average like any other shoe in the rain with same materials. Not too shabby

I like this color but they don't have it in my size. But they have it in men's shoes. Will there be too much difference if i buy men's shoes in my size. My size btw is 7. Maybe i should go down 1 size ?? Please answer 🙏🙏🙏
I don’t think there should be much of a difference in size. I actually think they should just come up with a more universal sizing chart to avoid confusion and not take out any tech in a shoe. Upon checking Adidas’ size chart, a 7 for women (US) is a 6 for men

-Theres 2 kids that live in my apartment complex and they walk around barefooted all time cuz their shoes are falling apart. Their mom is a single parent and they only get 1 pair of shoes per year for school. So instead of buying yeezys, I turned my brain on and bought the "poor mans yeezys". Then i used the difference to buy new shoes for those 2 kids. People can call them "poor mans yeezy", but imo its more like "better mans yeezy".

Hi, I have these in the tan color way and they squeak (mainly the left shoe), does anyone know how to get rid of that or is there anyone else having this issue ?
I have the same issue!! I think it has to do with your feet getting warm, usually my left sneaker squeaks first and then both will squeak after a full day of wearing them in the Texas heat.
Love these shoes but it’s so embarrassing when they squeak so loud
@@CinematicChump I completely agree, I don’t know if it’s the recycled material they used and how they fused them but there seems to be like something rubbing and it’s pretty annoying especially for a show that looks really good on feet. If anyone know how to get rid of it please share!
same issue, would appreciate a fix. To me seems defective, it is not normal even with warm feet. It did not happen only when my feet were warm.

I usually wear 12.5 but there is not my size should I take 12 or 13
i would definitely get the 12 if i were you. i have nike air maxes in a 11 but they are getting way to small for me. i just bought some ozelias in a 11 and i have ALOT of room.

I prefer the Ozelia if we’re talking comfort. Both use adiprene, but the Ozelia just feels more plush

They look great, but not on my wide feet :( Wide forefoot makes them looking weird. Ozweego and Ozelia are not my best friends.

I love these shoes but when I wear them after an hour They squeak like crazy. I think it has something to do with my feet getting warm (I’m in Texas) because it’s always after I’ve been wearing for awhile.

I purchased a gray pair, they squeaked and it really annoyed me, and the squeak was from the inside, not the material on the surface. So I bought the red pair thinking it was an issue with the first one and the same thing happened. So if someone has a fix, would really appreciate it because I avoid wearing them although I love how they look.
@@dafinoiu I read it's the soles inside the shoe. Trying swapping them for different ones and it should be good to go

I just bought it to wear at work. 12 hours on picking in warehouse at temperature about 20 degrees and I dont want to thinking when it will be 25 and more!! . they are very hot and not good breathable :/
