you have to push the 2 middle buttons in at the same time while the unit is off so you can get the beep sound

Can you over torque with this or is there like a stop or clutch that prevents over torque

Also how does it work with low torque specs like 15ft lbs etc ?? What would you say the cons are about it ?

There is no over torque stop on this one. I'm not sure that i would use it for building engines, but it would be no problem for other jobs that don't require spot on tolerances. It's easy to manage when getting to the torque setting. If you take your time I don't think you would have any problems. Also, for the lower torque settings, I am sure it has that capability. As you can see in the video, it counts from the 0 setting.
Cons would be the limitations on the torque stop. Again, it is a great tool for the price.
