Other theories suggest she can be summoned as long as a holy grail war exist in anytime cause of her contract with Alaiya. So she can still be summoned in Extella, but certainly not Grand Order

I honestly wish they did some new jokes in Grand Carnival Phantasm since we had so many new characters. It felt too safe and did little to take advantage of existing character dynamics.
Read Chibichuki if you want. It's basically Carnival Phantasm in chibi form and 4 koma, also includes newer FGO characters. It's a shame that the translation has been on hold for a while now but you can still find some translated ones online.
At the same time, it's understandable why they'd want to be cautious in the first "season." Despite the whales' likely funding of Grand Carnival, the series as a whole appears to market to all Fate fans. But that's not to say the creators weren't _a little_ adventurous. I can't say I expected Lancelot and in a bunny suit, no less. Moriarty had his time to shine, which has potential to showcase his devious rivalry with Holmes. I'm sure every non-FGO fan was confused as hell by the super-buff high rarity Lancer, but even more so by the big-ass red horse man that Gudako was climbing all over. Horse love doesn't exactly scream "safe," y'know. More's coming. I say be patient.
