HR directors, corporate attorneys, directors, managers etc. What is at stake here, suggestions for job security, and what constitutes wrongful termination, besides racial, gender and age discrimination. If you have sued a company that had an at-will disclaimer that you signed, knowingly or unknowingly.; what was the outcome.

Suing for racial discrimination usually has to be backed up by a progressive document tail at HR or that company’s EO office. Or if not, something egregious caught on footage.
