The solution for housing is by freeing up the housing sector: using public buildings, encouraging constructions and renting to increase supply. Xenophobic comments will only serve to drive the historical area back into how it looked in the past- abandoned. Blaming someone else is always easier than finding real solutions.

But keep this in note, I've bought my property in Seixal for 20k when Seixal belong to the Seixalenses and now if a young family wants to buy a property how they are going to compete with this people? Prices are inflated how a property I've bought for 20k is now almost 200k is just mental. (less than 15 Years) Is just scary saying the solution for the market is trow the responsibilities to city hall and the Portuguese people have to rent because buying is for this people...
