u are never alone in Calpe haha, make sure u ride between 9:30-15u. U'll see loads of cyclists from december till february! There are also grouprides u can sign up for. Maybe u can find some on internet or mail "Service course calpe" they organize some!

Candy is a good way to get fast carbs! You don’t see the other 90% I eat. I have to eat soo much so there will be some unhealthy, balance is important! I make sure I get my nutrition :)
