    I'm about to brew an ipa if I ever get ingredients from ups. Damn texas 3 day winters hit as soon as I ordered. Blood orange ipa. 🍊

      @Make Beer Easy the whole state shuts down and we get a little weekday vacation from the jobs. Yeah 3 days and it's 73 degrees today. Ground hog was wrong here.

    Don't need sugar if you use a spunding valve - no need to open the lid.

    Top work but purge the last top pressure you do and them add a wee bit more.....zero 02.

    How did beer turn out?
    I did my first kegging a fortnight ago and carbed with c02. So far not impressed compared to bottle conditioning. Head and head retention not as good..so far.
    Next kegging will be sugar primed. Hoping for better results!
    I read somewhere the yeast needs some oxygen to second ferment.
    Interested in your results..

      Man, I just went looking for the taste test video, definitly did one, does not look like I uploaded it, will look to see if i still have it. Long story short I was really impressed with it, nobody would have been able to tell that it was a kit beer, as good as many store purchased IPA's I have tried. Will defintly be doing some more kit beer brews as a result. Let us know how it goes. Cheers!

    If you cut the sugar in half for carbing in the keg vs bottles, doesn't it end up undercarbed?
