Norwich UK Dashcam: Teach Your Children Well

Had just finished doing some clearing and cleaning up at the flat I had just moved out of. As I started to drive out of the estate I encountered this boy and girl walking in the middle of the road.
After a few seconds I realised that they are doing this to deliberately annoy me. They know the score: very difficult for vehicles to pass one another because of so many parked vehicles on the roadside. Seems like these urchins haven't been raised very well and without intervention may become familiar faces at the local courts in the near future!
They might have been chuckling at my expense. The boy is walking like he has some sort of medical ailment. The girl looks like she's going to have weight problems in the next few years.
Had I done this 30-35 years ago where I lived at the time then I would have received a severe hiding from my dad once he found out about it!
I eventually get passed them at the empty layby where one or both of them call me a "Tosser". The names I wanted to shout back at them were a lot more obscene. Instead I give them the finger through the rear window.
I give myself 8 out of 10 for effort here: 10 out 10 if I got the full strike!
Cheerio Marl Pit estate! I won't miss you. Moved to a much better private residential area.

Growing up my Mom always taught me to look both ways. And one day when I did not the driver knew my Mother and told Her what happened and I got a good telling off for it too. Up to this day I have learned and listened .

There is nothing that I could have said that would made these kids think about their actions. I would guess that they are somewhat emotionally damaged, thus lack empathy and this is their way to rebel against the world.
Had I got out and gave them a slap and the police made aware then I'd be the one facing criminal charges. I had to suck it up and move on. I doubt their parents give a toss.

I did consider it but the horn on my small car is pathetic: it`s like a “beep beep! “. If I did toot the horn I think these two reprobates would have cracked up laughing. I decided it better to play the long game and keep cool.
