It's fun to dream. If I had that much money I'd go Dutton Park and either get a bigger lot with the savings or invest the remainder elsewhere. In the 1.5 - 2 million dollar price point, with the new BSSC school, and cross river rail's new premier station right there, and obviously direct access to UQ (Brisbane's second most traveled to destination outside of the CBD) I see the most value there out of the pricey suburbs. I wish I could afford a home in that subburb.
