The Status Update form can be created within Go High Level's form builder. You can customize it to collect the specific information you need. Once the form is set up, you can integrate it into your funnel and automate follow-ups based on the responses. Great video Jonny thank you. One quick question. You mentioned about automatically moving opportunities from one stage to another, based on actions that happen. So for example, if we book an appointment manually, is there a way to move it, but ensuring everything else within the opportunity stays the same as it was previously because it looks like you have to define new details for 'opportunity name, source, lead value etc' rather than simply using what's already there? Hope this makes sense 🙂

Just finished setting up my saas and Ive done cold calls, they work well but I haven't tried creating short form content and youtube tutorials and it's been on my mind so yes, Im nervous but ready. I record my face with my iPhone and my laptop is a new Mac book pro with QuickTime recorder ;) my video editor then stitches it together and makes it look cool!
So i have people going through a vsl funnel. The first page is an optin form where they submit info. Then they go to a schuele page with a cal. But when they book a call it create a duplicate opportunity. How do I fix that?
There’s a little toggle at the bottom of creating opps, it allows duplicate opportunities, turn that toggle off and it should move the existing opportunity instead of creating a new one 😉 I offer daily group coaching calls if you want to check them out!
To prevent duplicate opportunities when someone books a call through your VSL funnel, ensure your opt-in form collects unique identifiers like email addresses or phone numbers. Then, in your workflow, add a condition to check if an opportunity with that unique identifier already exists. If a duplicate is detected, update the existing opportunity instead of creating a new one. This approach will help you manage your opportunities without duplicates. Curious how quickly the email would be triggered in the instance where you built a trigger to go out with an opportunity change? Is it immediate or is there some level of delay (like for instance if I accidentally dragged someone to "Closed" when I didn't mean to.... would I be able to amend the action before the email triggered, or is it immediate?) The email triggered by an opportunity change is typically immediate in Go High Level. However, if you accidentally move someone to "Closed," you can quickly amend the action before the email is sent. To ensure you have a chance to correct any mistakes, consider adding a short delay (e.g., a few minutes) to your email trigger. This way, you'll have a window to adjust the opportunity status before the email goes out. If you need help setting this up, let me know!
Can I set a timer for the exam in the courses offered by go high level... For example, the exam starts at 10:00 AM and ends at 11:00 AM... meaning the exam ends one hour after the exam starts?
I don’t think that’s a standard feature, but you can also ask HighLevel support about that, they constantly update the software. You could also try to create CSS code with chat gpt and install it into the course area ;)
To create a one-time quiz in your membership without retakes, start by setting up your quiz with all questions and answers. In the quiz settings, look for the option to disable retakes or limit attempts, and set it to one. Ensure that the quiz is accessible only to eligible members. If your platform supports it, use conditional logic to mark the quiz as “completed” upon submission. Finally, clearly inform users that the quiz can only be taken once. This setup will ensure your quiz functions as intended!

That doesn't seem to "move" opportunity, you then just have 2 opportunities. Maybe I misunderstood.
