    Hey Jonny, good luck with the new channel. Great info.. one thing you may want to remember, when you build an email nurture workflow, a good practice is to add the "drip" step as the first step before the very first email. I learned this the hard way. It doesn't automatically drip the emails when it's set up on a workflow and you don't get the reminder like you do when you start the workflow using the robot icon.

      Thanks for sharing that Adam, that is a great idea! Depending on the use case of the automation and how you add people to it that can be very helpful.
      In the video here (th-cam.com/video/LDgodp2tiEg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=-WH8CFiefSF5uS6z&t=159) I do also share how to bulk add leads to a workflow properly from the contacts/ CRM view, and yes when you add hundreds of leads to an email campaign you should definitely add them in drip mode to keep a good sending reputation ;)

    When someone reply to my email aumation where it goes? I can not see them in the conversation tab. I am using the custom domain email in GHL! Please help me on this

      It should land in the conversations tab under unread. But there is a setting on the workflows where you can enable to auto mark all replies as read.
      So if you have that toggle on, then it might be under the all tab in the conversations tab ;)
