I’m from Ontario and I have my late father’s Massey 135 that he bought two weeks before I was born in1974 and it still works amazing. You will be very impressed with the tractor great work horse
I'm from Delaware/London ontario area my grandpa owned a big farming operation and he used to collect and restore tra toys at his peak he had 39 restored at his peak ny favourite was the 1927 Huber he also had a massive collection of die cast toys
That was a fascinating video to watch. The ingenuity of the people who designed and built these complicated machines never ceases to amaze me. Well done to yourself and to your ‘helpers’ for a great job. Looking forward to the next stage!
fantastic video thank you ,i grew up with MF and had an Apprenticeship at a local main delaer when i left school, i also went to a small port in dorset called Watchet where they used to inport these tractors into and out of. i got to know my way round these beauties and my farther also resored many tractors which i was keenly involved in.
If you were taking Wilbert's advice the entire tractor would have everything new. She's going to be like Triggers broom. "Have a look at my 'brand new' classic tractor.
Looks like you have learned a lot, the lessons you learnt some are skills you can’t find on the internet, wish I could be there to learn with you from those masters
I'm hooked!...I wonder if there will be an English language version of this episode, in the near future? The babe is fine, though... just hoping for a wardrobe malfunction.
make sure you change the oils and filters, get advice on the type of oil, using high detergent oil ,you will de carbon it. although Ok, if you have completely reconditioned the engine. You will certainly manage.
I restored my massey 135 it was a 3 cylinder gas powered . and a week later a labourer drove over a set of harrows destroying the rad and grill damaged both lights flattened two rear tires and one front. made me throw up. just over two grand sshwitt gone..
I love to do this type of thing no matter what type of Vehicle but would love to do a tractor and would love to come to your area assume UK to have and interact with such fine folks with similar knowledge always can learn my believe all my life thats how I learned body work...
Typical old faithfull 135 never fails to start I did leave the pull stop out once called my mechanic friend as I was baffled having bled the injectors etc etc as it would not start He turned up got on the old girl pushed the pull stop in and away she went What a muppet I was !!!! My nick name from that day on has been pull stop ???
And the strings of led lights in the roof trusses. Still gives a fair idea of the work involved. Too bad most people don't have her budget and cast of professionals to help out.
Great video your doing well for having a go like the 135 have a tea 20 ferguson 35 grey and gold a ferguson 35 x red and grey and a ferguson 35 normal red and grey not a x
During the 60's I spent many hours on the old Grey and Gold ,, ,, in the 70's a Red 35 but my favourite was a 35X ,, so easy to work and drive ,, next Fav was a 290 , another very comfortable tractor to drive and work,, and I will add none of these tractors had cabs,, just sitting in the sun ,, lolol
@@ricklane8554 There's probably more local dialects in Ireland than any other place in the world, especially given how small it is. When you drive into the next town everyone sounds different. I think it's quite noticeable in the video. Lovely place to live if you can get used to the rain.
Im sorry but what are you doing with this beautiful tractor. Go to fix your nales done. It's a man job. You look very desperate, and very badlooking. Grouse.

It's great to see you so involved, I used to drive a Massy 175 in Denmark 1969 when I was 24 yrs old
Love listening to your Irish accent! Keep up the good work 🙂

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I hope that Massey Forksun will give me a tractor as a gift. I am a fan of the Massey 165 tractor.
1969 I learnt to drive on a MF 135 & I’m on a hunt to rebuild one too

Greetings from Canada. Thanks for restoring a classic piece of history. Love watching the process.
Old mate is having her on ! Not much wrong with the tractor. A bit of light panel work, a general service and a bit of paint will do.
lol He’s got building full of reconditioned tractors and most of them will never see a farm again!
Best looking Tractor Mechanic ever! Great video,
I didn’t notice lol
I still use my unrestored 135. I first drove it in 1971, 50 years ago.
Beautiful lady and nice tractor.
Happy to see a lady learning and getting her hands dirty. It is a big job to take on.
I’m here to watch the hot mechanic 😍
Great, when we live in the sticks, we have to fix everything. You did well.

Interesting video. I love the music. Good luck with your project.
God bless you.
Working on two 135s right now, don’t know how I’ve missed this video before but loving it
I wonder how many good flat bladed screwdrivers have ended up being used as re purposed levers gasket and oil seal removers.

The leftovers always taste funny the first couple weeks after the rebuild has been completed..
@ 1:16:05 I never thought of using a fencing pliers, to remove an oil seal. I'll have to remember that!

Lovely woman beautiful body just wondering where filmed maybe england somewhere just lovely hello from good ole 🇺🇸
The opening scene was sooo staged. All 4 tires are new, hell, the fronts still have the seams on the rib.
I was thinking the same. Makes me think of a Wheeler Dealer episode. Informative content though
