Seniac in last episode you also tax pharmaceutical which is of byproduct chemicals is made by crude oil so reduce the tax on pharmaceutical industry
what if you move the parking spot with all the vehiculs from the obe side to the other will they use the cars if dei dont despawn by moving the parking ?
He is dumb boii
You are a genius person
@@Realford.gaming i literarly said this in the last video....
@@Thegamerguy1986 I didn’t see it
Try moving the car park that's full to your main island. See if that gets you passenger vehicles
43:44 now you have two connections, make it a one way system. That way the traffic flow will be better
Every You Tuber states...I am going to do things a bit different and not build a grid city.........then proceed to build a grid city...lol
Toll to get into region?🎉🎉
i think you can export your excess power to outside of the region since you already have power lines that go across the sea and to the harbour island thing
Super video! But pay attention the landfill is full, you should do garbage management next time along with schools and public transit
I'm wondering, what would happen, if you were to move the full parking lot at the ferry island into OilTown? Would it stay full? Would the parked cars dissappear? Or would they now be used in the city?

9:08 - That's how it works, you have to draw the new road exactly over the zoning it takes. For a 2 lane road it requires 2 blocks.
I love Cities Skylines, it’s one of my favorite games
You COULD add a long road from the man-made island with tolls, adding more traffic to Oiltown and potentially increasing revenue if the tolls are high enough (equivalent to the port or higher)
Try make 1 way in and 1 way out.
That can reduce trafic jam.
Maybe you need walking paths as a major route for people to walk. Since no cars stuff, so it could just be to far and you need paths cutting through.
we need to see cars please make a plan senaic
what if you keep the main island low-density to fit in with the industrial theme and then have a high-density island (big boss and offices) island to help with the high-density demand with a small bridge between the two islands
You can still stick to the original IDEA of an isolated island by using a ONE WAY road IN from the outside world, so that vehicles can come in, but not getting out. Trade would still be done by ship.
Tip: The emergency battery station has a generator fueled by oil
( Emergency Battery Station Diesel Generator
An additional power plant fueled by oil. The diesel generator is used as a back-up source for electricity if the charge in the batteries depletes.)
Creating the separate island, adding not oil industry to the map and all the things to find shortcuts around the challenge is annualating the main point of the series in my view.
If you go to france you can take your car and caravan with you , you dont leave them in the carpark. cS2 is missing a trick
He built a passenger ship, not a ferry
I think the car factory is working. Before You placed it, there were no trucks/vans being sent from the cargo harbor. There's definitely more road traffic visible
There might be some kind of vehicle ferry mod somewhere. I think that would be fair to use- RO/RO ferries are common IRL.
To save cost, use small roads as there's hardly any traffic anyways
You should upgrade the road along side the cruise ship terminal to a pedestrian path and then line it with the mixed commercial/residential building and make it like a promenade type area
Congrats! This may be the first settlement with 8k people and such tall buildings.
Not sure if there's an actual ferry instead of those large ships but that would bring in cars I think. I don't have the game but I've always enjoyed watching videos on it
other cities:there are too many cars! oil town:i want more carsw
Could you maybe move the parking lot from the little island over to the main island and see if the citizens will grab their cars then move it back after? No idea if that will work to get them their cars, just throwing ideas at the wall.
I love this series
Some of them don't leave town to leave, they go to university or other schools.
Try getting a bus on the other side, then you wil gain even more money :)
The Bahamas is an Island with a successful economy. The biggest industries are Offshore Banking and Tourism. Build an airport and tourist area on one of the other islands. Ground water is drinking water. I think you're polluting the ground water. Maybe, your inspiration is Great Britin or Japan. Build a 1 road in from the parking lot island for 5 minutes to trap the cars in. Can we get a street view to see how the city looks?
Love the series
maybe you should place a pay booth when the cars enter from the outside connection
It's a shame the game doesn't have small harbors for realistic island starts. Maybe there is a mod.
From Google: Yes, in Cities: Skylines 2, the Vehicle Factory produces vehicles that are used by citizens within your city, contributing to the overall transportation system and allowing them to travel to different areas for work, leisure, and services.
Key points about the Vehicle Factory in Cities: Skylines 2:
Function:
It manufactures various types of vehicles like cars, buses, and sometimes even trucks, which are then used by the simulated citizens in your city to move around.
Impact on city development:
A well-functioning Vehicle Factory is crucial for a growing city as it ensures adequate transportation options for residents, impacting their happiness and overall city efficiency.
@SeniacTWO
Cargo trains…. Near big parking lot and try cargo planes ✈️ behind cargo harbor to spawn 🚘 😅
Shhhhh, No one tell the USA seniac struck oil.
Oh seniac just to give you a heads up that the gas power plant does use oil they just renamed it
Seniac why don't you try to move the parking lot from the harbor island to oil town
Not going to do an outside road connection to the outside world.....hate to tell you this but you already have, yes it maybe via a ferry but it's still a road connection to the outside world.
However, I don't think the game will work without a road connection somewhere.
I’ve got a question! Are you going to return to the city you started as a livestream?
move the full carpark from outside the city into the city.. i saw cityplannerplays use a mod where he could reset parked and moving vehicles in his city. it was a traffic mod. not sure of the name
It is a shame that you can´t get any private vehicles, have you thought about builting a road to the edge of the map, get the oil town filled with cars and trucks then delete it?
Perhaps make the outside connection by the harbor a highway if you have not done so already
What would happen if you built a path from the passenger Harbor across the water to the city what do people walk across the big bridge
you need to provide materials for the car factory.
Why don't you build a road to the outside and fast forward it to get passenger cars then quickly delete the road after you get cars.....it's like it never happened 😂
are you able to drag the parking lot to the island with the cars
Is there no fairy dock that can bring in cars and people
What if you replace the parking lot? Are the cars staying?
What comes next a farm town or a fishing town?
Wont a ferry bring in cars?
No unfortunately
what if you have a train connection to the outside so that not everybody needs to come by car
you pay for terraining.
For years to come.
You can see it on the expenses..
Could you not pick up and move the car parks to Oil Town and pretend the citizens brought them on the ferry?
Why all the cars are white?
you maybe should think about more lanes on landing island, or do a big go around one way.
There are masses of taxis.
Maybe add Outside Bus connection too.
Increase the options for people to enter and leave the town.
How about a ferry?
I have a ferry
@@SeniacTwo No it's a cruise ship.. 😆
Howabout temporary tunnel system.
Bring cars to the island
Never been this early on this Channel
Same
can you use ferry boats or is that not in the game
Not in game
@@SeniacTwo that sucks it would solve the issue oh well maybe in the future they could add it into the game
Is there no car ferries that can be used?
Nope
What if you built a ferry to bring cars over? Is that cheating?
North Korea be like
you really need to take care of your sick people
Senaic you know what?
You cheated.

The Reason why there are still Cargo Ships moving back and forth is because you turned off the Harbor but not the Shipping Route itself, which let's Ships still transport their Cargo while turning off the Harbor just disables the use of the Harbor's Delivery Vehicle Fleet (Delivery Vans and Cargo Trucks)...
You have two or more Power Buttons in there: The very bottom right corner is the Harbor's Power Switch, but then in the List of created Routes, each Route has its own Power Button on the very right edge of the List (it's hard to see in the Menu due to the dark background and the Button itself being dark green)
