    Yup, being present is what I am trying to achieve. Getting there and when I notice my wandering mind going to the future/past, I can bring myself back to the present. Then work out if there were any triggers I need to release 😁💜

    I have always journaled -- something about pen and paper that soothes my soul! I also love to add lots of color to my journaling with different colored pens, washi tape and sometimes pictures of family! This year I have given myself the freedom to write whenever I feel like it - not every day!

    I have journaled for a few years now, and it varies as to what I write. It may be something that came through in meditation, or in a reading online during a live stream. It can be something I read that resonated with me.
