Excellent videoThank you
Very interesting! And beautiful scenery. Thank you!!
Hello from Arkansas USA 🇺🇸
Danny is the very first thing I do when I wake up. Starts my day out in an exciting way! I hope that handle has something wonderful on it! I can only give $5 since I'm retired and poor LOL, but if everyone else gives a little bit, Danny can get his drone!
Thank you so much🙏
Shalom everyone from Australia.
That is a very good point about the possibility of the amount of stadia being an error in transmission from the original manuscript. After 20 Centuries of copying and passing on, a scribe long ago could have made a simple copying error and it got taken up by those who came after.
Whether this is Emmaus or not this is a beautiful and fascinating site! Thank you so much for showing us all these! Shalom to you!!
Bravo amigos for another well documented vlog as only you can tell your excitement is quite contagious and your eye for detail is simply extraordinary thank a million for the personal tour i look forward to each new instalment, God bless n keep up the great work!!!
Mr Danny the magnificent digger lol thanks for all your work sir we are very appreciative
Good work ❣️ What makes it more exciting is knowing, you are trained and know what you looking at . Shalom 🇮🇱

Love seeing your tours. I took my Mother to Israel 2009 and our group guide was an archeologist, beautiful lady named Rya.

Thank you Danny. So it seems like you found it, but we still need to completly verify with excavating.

WONDERFUL !!!!!! Hope that pottery is REALLY a wonderful old piece found.
Thank you Danny!!!!
I visited Israel in Dec.2019 just before the pandemic. I am so looking forward to visiting again. These videos have been such a blessing!
Nicely done once again, thank you!
Wonderful!!!!
This is sooo amazing...thank you 😇
Thanks Danny, for your honesty
Danny thank you. you narrate and present your work in such a way that I feel as though I am walking along side you. A gift from you in itself for I will never go to the Promised land. Please let us know what that jug handle turns up! Regarding distance, this was a time when night travelling was dangerous so that is something to consider. When the two men realized that Jesus had been with them, they IMMEDIATELY turned back for Jerusalem. Would the distance not have been a consideration? Thank you and G-d bless you Danny.
Good evening, it’s 10:0 Pm here in Texas USA
Gid bless you and thank you! ❤️
This is so cool!
I love your videos Danny, thankyou and God bless you!
Fascinating, as always! Thank you
Tell us more about that ancient jar handle, if indeed it is, and the jar handle finds in general which are very numerous
They are not a rare find..
Thank you ☝️👁❤
another good video
We went back to Israel in 2014. I love Israel.
Yet another outstanding video. I really appreciate how you present several viewpoints and then share your opinion. Also, I hope you update us regarding the pot handle you found. Much shalom!
Turned out to be nothing special.. sorry..
@@danny.the.digger OH well. It was still exciting to hope.
What about doing a series on Wadi al Qilt? Would love to hear about the ancient roads used by everyone.
I’ll add to the list.. so many sites..
Thanks Danny. Just love getting to see and know these different areas of Israel. One thing that I love is seeing all of the mikvehs at various locations throughout Israel which supports so strongly that the children of Israel were In the land and occupied the land in the past. More than enough archaeological support for the land belonging to Israel. Shalom
בוקר טוב
Good evening it’s 10:10 Pm here in Texas USA
Enjoy your videos. I am looking for a jewish calendar that I can compare with the normal one we have in America. . Have any idea where I can find one?
Google it..
I have often wondered that if we were able to read the ORIGINAL Greek texts, if “small “ things like a missing digit is more common than we know? I can not read anything but English, much less Greek. I have tried to use the lexicon and only get confused. Thanks as always, Shalom
What happened with the jar lid?
🇿🇦♥️
Thank you for your wonderful videos! I have learned so much! You stated that Josephus said Ammaus was 30 stadia from Jerusalem (8:40), but doesn’t he in fact say it was “threescore stadia/furlongs” making his estimate the same as Luke’s - 60 stadia? Thank you
Yes, but Josephus and Luke are apparently talking about two different sites..
Even nowadays people make errors in transmissions of documents or data. So in my opinion the distances in the bible and other sources of that time period can easily be wrong.
Only you, Danny the Digger! Only you could be walking along an isolated path in Israel and suddenly find an ancient jar handle! Was it a good find?
Why you didn't keep walking in the road to Emmaus?
I did.. check out the next video..
So, after watching 30+ videos, I gather that very few specific sites are actually found for sure from the first century.
There are many first century sites. But only a few relate to the New Testament with certainty
How many speculations can be made in search of a place! Therefore the distances mentioned in the Gospel are not reliable...Transcription error? Possible.
There is one strong argument which speaks against your favourite emmaus Nikopulis: when they recognized Jesus which might have been 5 o 6 oclock pm they returned to Jerusalem, which would not have been possible even with full moon in case of the long distance! This 60 was anyway only a guess
You speak Greek! Yasas!
Only about 20 words, but I fake it well 😎
I don't believe you !!!
