Buying used mobile homes is like buying a used car,you need the title to transfer ownership to you.Don't take the sellers word as gospel,sellers will lie to you,don't let their problem become your problem.Just my two cents worth on the subject,hope it helps.

They wanted to cover up the hot mess underneath. Dealing with the same thing regarding the underbelly. The seller or whoever did the renovations had sealed the skirting making it hard to check. Had gotten a Home Inspector to access it (with tools) to reveal the real deal truth about what was going on underneath. Getting contractors to estimate the costs in resolving that issue because that's one area that I'm too skittish to deal with. Still on the fence as to if I should even pursue this.
I am looking for ways to find a mobile home and what to look for prior to purchase. My son is grown and I’m not fancy. I do not want to be House Poor ever again! Thank you for providing real talk and understandable information. I’m still looking for the best place to reside and then I’m going to INVEST in others to fix up. I want to make my money work for me. I highly appreciate your acknowledgment bro and the knowledge that you dropping you stopped me and my wife from making probably one of the biggest mistakes, my wife and I are kind of in a though situation and almost purchase a used mobile home and worse condition than that for $5,000 it really didn't sit right with me and I had like 72 hours to make a decision came across your video and decided to not waste money,, And we going through this situation with a 9 year old and 11 year old and these people were pretty adamant about selling us this mobile home for $5,000 also we have to pay to have it moved again they were aware of our situation and surely will not have thought twice and.about taking our money,, "this ain't a crazy world we're living in" it's crazy people in the world that's living..🤟🏾🙏🏾💪🏾
