Worst thing about mobile and manufactured homes is heater placement is awful loud when in the hall other carport hall is ok . Expensive work around is HVAC in back or side

Do u suggest to cover up the holes on the bottom on the home aswell inside where the pipes come in with a foam sealer?

I brought a trailer without title, no vin inside, and didn't know about framing . How can I get the title of the trailer?

Lot of people will subcontract out the transport so they don’t hVe to own trucks, insurance and etc.
