I got in a helicopter crash in the Gulf of Mexico working on the oil rigs. It left me with a broken back and spinal cord injury but at 28 years old I could not stay home and do nothing so I start buying houses then I found my calling Mobile home parks. I do all my own remodeling and work in the park. It’s been a better investment than the stock market.

I wanted to know your opinion on this question. I was thinking about investing in a park that has went to seed (let go and rundown) I wouldn't go as far as calling it a crime ridden shithole. The homes are 70's to 90's models that need some renovations. I believe the homes can be had dirt cheap. I can see profit by fixing and flipping them to low income people that has no or bad credit by owner financing or renting them out. What are your thoughts on it?

@@haroldsmith7949did you ever begin? I’m doing research trying to get the exact same process going. seems like a great investment especially if you live in a city like mine where almost every thing has doubled in rent. Even renting to own would be a good option to offer!

I noticed some of your videos the homes require extensive repair/updates. Do you ever purchase on the higher end where less repair required? Ive been looking at 4 mobile homes with .5 acre land that are HUD repos at $36k-$41k.. trying to figure out if worth it as an investor. Was thinking possibility of adding another home to the land...

Absolutely! I only post videos like that because “the algorithm” says that what people like to see. Almost no one is interested in seeing me just sweep a place out and slap a For Sale sign on it I guess.
I think those deals are definitely worth it in the right area. What state are you in if you don’t mind me asking

I do. my parks are of newer trailers and I have been buying 30 grand trailers. They usually need less work. And I get better rent. 3/2 are 950 a month here in the south Louisiana. We have the oilfield witch are great paying jobs.

Is it possible to flip mobile homes with bad credit? Like what if you can afford the mobile homes but not sure if you'll be accepted by the park due to bad credit? Will it be harder or can they run credit for your business ein instead?
