Simple animation in premiere pro but any editing software can do it, make 3 key frames at the beginning of the text animation, make it get slightly bigger 3 frames after popping on screen, then slightly smaller, but still bigger than the starting size for the final frame 2 frames later. Makes it look like it’s popping onto the screen then quickly settling back naturally
